Chapter 54 - Punctuality

Since Kael left the banquet three years ago, Alia had sent several people in search of him to bring him back.

But to her dismay, she didn't find him anywhere.

It was surprising that so many people couldn't discover a single kid in their own empire.

Alia wanted to make an empire-wide or possibly world-wide official announcement in search of Kael, but Castor stopped her from doing it.

He didn't want the empire to think that he had forgiven Kael for his disrespect towards the Veltran Royal Family. Also, making such an announcement would make them look weaker in the eyes of their enemies.

For Castor, showing such weakness was unforgivable.

The only saving grace was that, through some methods exclusive to the noble houses, they knew that Kael was still alive.

That was the only thing that had kept Alia stable till date. Otherwise, she would have broken down a long time ago.
