As soon as Kakashi and A faced each other, A immediately started speaking.
His words startled Kakashi, but he merely smiled and said.
"Of course! Our Hokage is afraid of being labeled as a bullying an elderly man. After all, you can't beat him."
His words instantly sent A into rage mode as he activated his Lightning Chakra Cloak.
"What did you say? I can't beat that brat. Let him come out and say that to my face."
Just as he said that, he turned into a bolt of lightning and instantly appeared in front of Kakashi, but Kakashi ducked.
A's fist flew above Kakashi as Kakashi channeled Wind Chakra into his kunai and stabbed it towards A's neck.
Although A was powerful, he wasn't going to underestimate Kakashi's attack. He instantly used Body Flicker and retreated.
Even so, there was a trace of his lightning cloak being cut apart.

Both released Jutsu out of their mouth. One was a massive fireball, while the other was a massive gust of wind.
When they merged, they created an immensely massive fireball, almost as big as a Tailed Beast Ball.

The fireball landed where the Raikage was. It didn't even touch the corner of his clothes, and Kakashi had expected this.
He didn't think Fireball could hurt the Raikage, but with an immense amount of smoke and dust surrounding them, he had done what he needed to do.

"Kakashi Hatake!"
A instantly appeared behind Kakashi, grabbed him by the waist, and raised him up before slamming his head to the ground.

When the head collided with the ground, Kakashi turned into a lightning bolt and disappeared.

Even though Kakashi couldn't put the Fourth Raikage under Genjutsu for long like Madara, he could still put him under Genjutsu for a split second.

The moment A fell into Kakashi's Genjutsu, his body paused, and his lightning cloak suddenly disappeared.
Kakashi took advantage of this and thrust his right hand into A's chest.
