Chapter 17 - The Eye of the Black Hole and a Brother’s Bond

Jay stood up, his newly healed limbs feeling stronger than ever. He looked at Rudra with burning determination. "Rudra... I want to be powerful like you. I never want to be helpless again!"

Rudra placed a firm hand on Jay's shoulder. "Jay, you are already my brother. Sai and Jaswanth are safe today because of your courage. You protected my family, so now you are a part of it."

Rudra's eyes glowed as he accessed a hidden knowledge. "I have searched for a skill specifically for you. It's called 'The Eye of the Black Hole'. When you combine this with your new Black Aura, it creates a combo so powerful that even light cannot escape it."

Rudra opened his Private Dimension and sent Jay inside. "Go. Time moves differently there. Learn it and come back as a God."

Inside the dimension, Jay trained for what felt like years. When he emerged, his presence had changed. Just then, a T-7 Demon, a creature made of pure blinding light, attacked. It was moving at the speed of light, mocking them.

Jay didn't even flinch. He activated his new skill.

"Eye of the Black Hole!"

In just 0.02 seconds, before the demon could even blink, Jay vanished and reappeared behind it. The demon's light was sucked into a void and its body disintegrated into nothingness.

The battlefield went silent. Jay turned toward Rudra and slowly fell to his knees, bowing his head to the ground. "I never had a family, Rudra. I was always alone. But from today, you are my blood, my brother, and my King."

Rudra walked over, pulled Jay up, and hugged him. "Welcome home,The sight of Jay's god-like power left an unexpected sting in the hearts of the others. Sai, Jaswanth, and Kamal approached Rudra, their faces shadowed with envy. "Rudra, we want that power too. Make us as strong as Jay," they demanded.

Rudra looked at them with concern. "No," he said firmly. "Your spirits aren't ready to contain that much energy yet. It would destroy you."

Bitter and disappointed, they turned away. Isha, wanting to help them, stepped in. "If Rudra won't help, I will find a way," she whispered. Pravalika joined them too, desperate to keep up with the rising power levels.

Secretly, they journeyed to a forbidden archive where they discovered the Book of Tantra—an ancient, dark text. Inside, they found a forbidden skill: The Light Block. It promised immense power, but it was a Demon Skill, meant for monsters, not humans. Blinded by jealousy, they ignored the warnings and performed the ritual, absorbing the dark energy.

When they returned, the atmosphere changed. The air around them felt cold and rotten. Rudra immediately sensed the shift. His eyes widened in horror as he saw the dark veins creeping up their necks.

Without a word, Rudra walked up and slapped each of them—Sai, Jaswanth, Kamal, and Pravalika—sparing only Isha, though his gaze at her was filled with heartbreak.

"Have you all lost your minds?" Rudra's voice shook the ground. "This is not a human skill. You have practiced the arts of the very demons we are fighting!"

He turned to Isha, his eyes burning with tears and rage. "I told you, Isha! There is a limit to every age and every soul. You cannot force growth. By taking this shortcut, you haven't gained power—you have gained a Curse."

Rudra stepped back, looking at his brothers. "The Light Block doesn't just give strength; it eats your humanity. You are now ticking time bombs. This isn't a blessing... it's your downfall."

The silence that followed was heavy with regret. The team that was once united was now fractured by a darRudra's fury had crossed all limits. Seeing his brothers and his beloved Isha tainted by demonic energy felt like a dagger to his heart. The air in the room crackled with his Black Aura, turning the atmosphere heavy and suffocating. In a moment of pure, blinding rage, Rudra slapped Isha.

The room went deathly silent. Isha stumbled back, her hand clutching her burning cheek, her eyes filling with tears of shock. The man who had promised to protect her had just struck her.

"Do you have any idea what you've done?" Rudra's voice was a low, terrifying growl. "We are leaving for the Himalayas—now!"

They teleported to the frozen peaks of the Himalayas. Rudra forced them to undergo a grueling Reverse Process. It was a sacred, painful ritual designed to purge the "Light Block" demonic filth from their souls. As they screamed in agony during the purification, Rudra watched with a stone-cold expression, though his heart was breaking inside.

Once the ritual was over, they returned to headquarters. Rudra gathered everyone and issued a final, strict warning. "From this moment on, no one touches a book or seeks a skill without my explicit permission. If you disobey, you are dead to this team!"

The tension was thick. Isha refused to look at him, let alone speak. The others—Sai, Jaswanth, and Kamal—were weeping, finally realizing the gravity of their mistake.

To ensure they could still fight, Rudra decided to give them a safe power-up. He shared the Thunderstorm Skill with the boys, granting them the power of divine lightning. But when he approached Isha, she stepped back.

"I don't want your skills," she hissed, her voice trembling. "I'd rather die than take anything from you now."

In a flash of defiance, Isha slapped Rudra back, the sound echoing through the hall. "Who gave you the right to hit me?" she demanded.

Rudra didn't flinch. He looked her straight in the eye, his expression unreadable. "I am the leader of this war. Do not open that Book of Tantra again without my permission. That is not a request—it is an order."

He turned and walked away, leaving the team fractured and Isha in a pool of silent tears.k secret. brother."
