Chapter 32 - Chapter 32:Mortal champions of the gods and Shin's contemplation

The God recruitment plan had already begun.

The gods did not send armies.

They sent symbols.

Across the GT universe, mortals were chosen, not just the strongest, but the most resilient.

A Namekian who had absorbed an entire forgotten clan a 1000 years ago.

A Tuffle survivor enhanced beyond Baby's designs.

A Saiyan-descendant whose power awakened through artificial god-ki infusion.

A human whose mind alone could weaponize probability and has been traveling across galaxies gaining profound knowledge.

Each was promised truth.

Each was told the same lie:

You are chosen to stop a tyrant.

None were told what the Saiyan truly was.

Because if they knew,

Some would kneel out of fear

Others would hesitate.

And hesitation was unacceptable.

Elsewhere

Shin watched the mortals being armed.

Watched gods manipulate fear into obedience.

And something inside him finally fractured not loudly, but irrevocably.

"They are children I created ," Shin whispered sadly .

The Destroyer candidate scoffed.

"They are tools."

That was it.

Shin turned with eyes glowing faintly, not with rage, but resolve.

"I will not be the god who sacrifices futures because he fears change," Shin said.

"If this Saiyan must be judged, then I will witness it myself."

The Angel proxy tilted its head.

"You understand what this implies," it said.

"Alignment with the anomaly constitutes dereliction."

Shin nodded.

"Yes."

And for the first time since becoming Supreme Kai.

He chose someone and not something.
