Chapter 42 - chapter 40

The Bifrost shimmered as it opened above Asgard.

Golden light poured down onto the bridge, and with it came a presence that made the realm itself… pause.

Alexander Ashborn Odinson stepped forward first.

Behind him followed seven figures—each powerful, composed, and unmistakably extraordinary.

Retsu Unohana walked calmly, her smile gentle yet terrifyingly deep.

Morgan le Fay's eyes gleamed with ancient arcane knowledge.

Scáthach stood straight and silent, radiating battle-honed authority.

Astoria Pendragon—Saber Alter—carried herself with regal darkness.

Grayfia Lucifuge moved with cold elegance, demonic mana perfectly restrained.

Jeanne d'Arc Alter crossed her arms, crimson eyes sharp and defiant.

And beside Alexander—

A silver-blue–haired woman with soft features, smooth curves, and eyes filled with quiet intelligence.

She floated slightly above the ground.

Ciel.

Her appearance was similar to Rimuru's human form—yet undeniably more mature, more beautiful, and far more refined.

The moment Alexander stepped into the palace…

Odin and Frigga were already there.

They had felt it.

Frigga spoke first, her voice soft—but serious.

"Alexander… was that you?"

Odin's single eye gleamed.

"The disturbance we felt," Odin said. "From Midgard. From the universe itself."

Alexander smiled faintly.

"Yes."

Silence followed.

Then Alexander exhaled.

And stopped suppressing himself.

It wasn't violent.

It wasn't explosive.

But the moment his cosmic power unfolded—

Reality bent.

The air thickened.

The palace runes trembled.

Yggdrasil's distant roots resonated.

Single Universe — Early Stage.

Frigga's breath caught.

Odin froze.

Then—

Odin threw his head back and laughed.

A deep, thunderous laugh filled with pride.

"Hahaha—so this is what you've become!"

He stepped forward and placed a heavy hand on Alexander's shoulder.

"My son… a Single Universe–class existence."

Frigga covered her mouth, eyes shining with disbelief and joy.

"…You've grown so far."

Alexander nodded calmly.

Then turned slightly.

"Father. Mother," he said. "Let me introduce you."

He gestured behind him.

"This is Retsu Unohana."

"This is Morgan le Fay."

"Scáthach."

"Astoria Pendragon."

"Grayfia Lucifuge."

"Jeanne d'Arc Alter."

Each woman inclined her head respectfully—some more politely than others.

Frigga smiled warmly at them all.

"And this," Alexander said, stepping aside slightly, "is Ciel."

Ciel floated forward and bowed gracefully.

"Greetings, Odin All-Father. Queen Frigga."

Odin's eye sharpened instantly.

"…You are not merely a skill."

Ciel smiled. "Correct. I materialized after my evolution."

Odin's interest ignited immediately.

"Fascinating," he muttered. "A fully realized Manas…"

Within moments, Odin and Ciel were already talking—runes, magic logic, spell structures, divine computation.

Frigga watched, amused.

"…I've never seen your father this excited about magic in centuries."

Alexander smiled faintly.

"Ah, right," he added. "Father—there's more."

Odin turned back.

Alexander continued casually, "I obtained an empty dimension. While exploring it, I found a few… companions."

"A few?" Odin echoed.

Three figures stepped forward.

Darkness rippled as Darkrai emerged, shadow authority coiling calmly around it.

Next came Ceruledge, violet flames laced with Phoenix essence burning quietly.

Then Armoredge, void and thunder harmonized into a perfectly balanced presence.

The hall went still.

Odin stared.

"…Sub–Heavenly Peak," he muttered. "All three."

He looked at Alexander again.

"…You found these as pets?"

Alexander nodded. "Something like that."

Odin exhaled slowly.

Then smiled.

"…Good subordinates."

A pause.

"…I'm a little jealous."

But his pride was unmistakable.

Alexander then turned serious.

"Father. Mother. I ask one thing."

Odin raised a brow. "Speak."

"Please do not reveal that I'm Single Universe–level," Alexander said. "Not to Thor. Not to Loki. Not to Asgard."

Odin frowned slightly. "Why?"

Before Alexander could answer—

Frigga spoke at the same time as him.

"Because Thor would brag."

Alexander nodded. "To the Nine Realms."

Odin stared.

Then sighed deeply.

"…You're both right."

He waved a hand. "Very well. Officially, you have only broken into Sub–Heavenly Father."

Alexander inclined his head. "Thank you."

Frigga then looked at the women surrounding her son.

Her smile became… knowing.

"…So," she said sweetly, "when will I be getting grandchildren?"

The hall froze.

Alexander's eyes widened.

"M—MAMA?!"

Every single woman—

Blushed.

Retsu smiled politely.

Morgan coughed and looked away.

Scáthach turned her head slightly.

Saber Alter crossed her arms, flustered.

Grayfia's ears reddened.

Jeanne looked furious and embarrassed.

Ciel froze completely.

Frigga laughed.

Odin laughed louder.

"This conversation," Odin declared, "has officially ended."

Alexander grabbed his face.

"We're leaving!"

In a flash of space distortion, Alexander and the women vanished.

Frigga waved cheerfully.

"Take your time, dears!"

Odin chuckled, arms crossed.

"…Our youngest truly is terrifying."

And somewhere in the realms—

Alexander screamed internally—

Never again.
