Chapter 15 - Chapter 15 The Unfollow Button

Welcome everyone to yet another episode of season 1 of the emperor saga

Enjoy

-------------------------------------------

The Influencer King stood in the center of the neon street, his Dislike hammer crackling with dark energy.

His glowing armor shifted with every flex, displaying holographic ads for energy drinks and gaming headsets.

The crowd of floating drones captured every angle, broadcasting it to billions of screens across Earth.

[InfluencerKing: Yo, chat! Bet you guys thought the God-Emperor was all talk, right? Time for a ban! Don't forget to smash that like button and sub for more epic content!]

Han Jin watched, unimpressed.

"You worship pixels. I commanded legions."

[BING! New Combat Quest: The Viral Beatdown!]

[Objective: Defeat the Influencer King without dropping below 80% Approval Rating.]

[Reward: Global Announcement

(Broadcast a message to all screens on Earth), Fan Art Creation (Passive Skill - People will draw you doing cool stuff).]

[Penalty for Failure: Become a 'Meme' in the deepest, most cringe corners of the internet.]

"A meme?" Han Jin's eyes twitched.

"That is a fate worse than deletion."

"Emperor, be careful!" Lin Xi shouted from behind a damaged data kiosk, where she and Fatty Wei were sheltering.

"His Dislike Hammer absorbs positive energy! If you hit him when your Approval is high, it will drain you!"

"And his armor is made of Troll Logic!" Fatty Wei added, pointing at a comment stream on his phone.

"[AnonyMouse: Han Jin's a fraud! He uses hacks!]

Those negative comments power him up!"

Han Jin smiled.

A slow, dangerous smile that didn't reach his eyes.

"Good. Then I won't hit him.

And I'll deal with his Troll Logic with my own."

The Influencer King charged, his Dislike Hammer held high.

The ground cracked beneath his powerful strides, leaving behind trails of digital corruption.

"Time for you to get cancelled, old man!"

Han Jin didn't move.

He simply extended his hand, the Rusty Paperclip flickering in his fingers.

"System," Han Jin commanded. "Link the Influencer King's Follower Count to his Defense Rating."

[WARNING! Extreme Logic Manipulation! Target's Defense will now scale directly with his 'Followers'!]

"And now," Han Jin whispered, "link my Approval Rating to the concept of Unfollow."

[WARNING! Catastrophic Feedback Loop Detected!]

[If your Approval Rating increases, all of the Influencer King's followers will automatically Unfollow him!]

The Influencer King's armor suddenly pulsed with an immense, blinding light as his 500 million followers poured their digital energy into him.

He became a titan of pure, unadulterated internet popularity.

"TRY AND TOUCH ME NOW, EMPEROR!" the King roared, his voice distorted by the sheer volume of his followers. "MY DEFENSE IS MAXED OUT!"

Han Jin simply stood there, his Max Charm exuding an aura of calm, unassailable confidence.

His Approval Rating, which had been at 88%, began to tick upward.

[Approval Rating: 89%...]

[Approval Rating: 90%!]

POP!

The Influencer King's armor, which had been glowing blindingly, suddenly dimmed.

His expression of triumph dissolved into one of confusion.

[InfluencerKing: Wait, what? My follower count... it's dropping!]

[InfluencerKing: NO! MY DEFENSE!]

[System Note: User's Approval Rating has hit 90%! Initiating Global Unfollow Event for Target Influencer King!]

[500 Million Followers -> 400 Million...]

[400 Million Followers -> 200 Million...]

[200 Million Followers -> 50 Million...]

As his follower count plummeted, the Influencer King's armor began to crack.

His glowing runes fizzled.

His Dislike Hammer shrank, turning into a tiny, powerless toy.

"My... my fans! What's happening?!" the King shrieked, his voice filled with digital agony.

"They're finding better content," Han Jin said, taking a slow, deliberate step forward. His Approval Rating was now at 95%.

[50 Million Followers -> 10 Million...]

[10 Million Followers -> 1 Million...]

[1 Million Followers -> 1,000...]

The Influencer King's armor crumbled completely, revealing a scrawny, terrified man in a sweaty gaming shirt.

His Dislike Hammer was now a cheap plastic toy.

He whimpered, clutching his head.

[InfluencerKing: No... my power... it's gone! I'm just... a nobody!]

[Followers: 1]

The single remaining follower was probably his mom.

Han Jin walked over to the shivering man. He picked up the toy hammer and then pulled out the Cosmic Whetstone.

"You want to smash?" Han Jin said, his voice cold.

He placed the plastic hammer against the Whetstone.

"I'll give you a real smash."

SHING!

He sharpened the plastic hammer, not just physically, but conceptually.

The toy, imbued with the raw energy of the cosmos, instantly became a weapon capable of shattering stars.

Han Jin handed it back to the terrified man. "Now, go.

Find a real hobby.

And learn that true influence comes from merit, not metrics."

The Influencer King stumbled backward, clutching the now-lethally sharp toy, his eyes wide with existential terror.

He wasn't just defeated; he was psychologically broken.

[BING! Quest: The Viral Beatdown - COMPLETE!]

[Reward: Global Announcement received, Fan Art Creation (Passive Skill) activated!]

The Moderator's hologram flickered violently.

"Unacceptable! He cheated! He exploited the social algorithm!"

"I merely understood the true nature of 'influence'," Han Jin corrected, his eyes fixed on the Moderator.

"Now, about that Global Announcement."

He looked directly into the drones, his 'Max Charm' and 'Sovereign's Aura' projecting a presence that transcended the digital.

"People of Earth," Han Jin's voice boomed, amplified by the System, broadcast to every screen, every device, every billboard. "You are not Users.

You are not Followers.

You are living beings.

And this Developer who treats you like pawns in a game? I am coming for him."

He paused, a terrifying smile spreading across his face.

"And when I find him," Han Jin declared, "I will not unfollow him.

I will un-install him."
