Chapter 41 - Chapter Forty-One: Passion Ignited

Tianxiang Hotel was a five-star luxury establishment, eighteen stories high. Guan Xing did not pause for even a second, rushing straight into the elevator and up to the eleventh floor. Lanfo, Wolf Head, and Xiao Mi followed closely behind, not daring to lag even a step.

Sure enough, two seemingly casual figures were standing guard in the corridor. When they saw Lanfo and the others arrive, they quietly withdrew. Led by Lanfo, Guan Xing pushed open the door to Room 1108.

Lanfo was about to follow in, but Wolf Head pulled him back and winked. At this moment, there was no need for them to be light bulbs anymore. The woman inside had been crying out words of love and hatred—clearly a misunderstanding between her and the teacher. This was none of their business now.

Lanfo had been thinking the same thing. With his face swollen and bruised, he needed to go cool off. Otherwise, if his subordinates saw him like this the next day, he would be laughed to death.

"All right, the job's done," Lanfo said. "Xiao Mi, let's go drink. Big brother will help you pick out a suitable girl to keep you company."

As Lanfo retreated, Wolf Head draped an arm over Xiao Mi's shoulder and invited him with a suggestive grin—his usual habit. After every killing, he needed a woman to vent his fire.

Xiao Mi hurriedly shook his head. His delicate face flushed red as he waved his hands nervously. "No, no need. I'm going back to sleep. I have a flight tomorrow."

With that, he fled in panic. Wolf Head watched his retreating figure, shook his head lightly, and muttered, "Sigh… such a pure-hearted guy, mixing in the underworld and liking someone he shouldn't. Kid, take care of yourself."

Wolf Head's footsteps gradually faded away.

This was a suite. Upon entering was a small living room, with the bedroom next door. Guan Xing rushed in, his hand resting on the bedroom doorknob. He took a deep breath, shouting silently in his heart: It's her, it must be her—Ruobing, it has to be you, right?

Although he believed it was Hua Ruobing, Guan Xing was afraid of being disappointed.

The door finally opened.

A graceful figure lay curled on the bed with her back to the door. The pale blue dress, soft and silky, draped gently over her body. At that moment, Guan Xing's heart leapt with joy. There was no mistake—it was Hua Ruobing. Just from her back, he knew it was the woman he had been worrying about all night.

The gentle lighting, like the glow of sunset, bathed her in warmth. A faint trace of alcohol still lingered in the air. In that instant, Guan Xing knew he could no longer let this woman go.

Her face was serene and elegant, beautiful and delicate, yet her brows were slightly furrowed, as if deep sorrow was being suppressed within. Her usual cold aloofness was gone, replaced by pure innocence and youthful vulnerability.

Such a woman was, in itself, a most irresistible feast.

Her hair was half tied, half loose, spilling across the bed. Her jade-like ears, fragrant neck, and the glimpse of snowy skin at her collar—all so tranquil that Guan Xing couldn't help but linger with his gaze.

Hua Ruobing was a smart woman, yet lost herself so completely in the confusion of love. Perhaps the saying was true: a woman in love loses her reason. Though Guan Xing felt a trace of anger, it was instantly dissolved by tenderness. Her behavior came only from genuine love for him—how could he blame her?

Soft warmth appeared on Guan Xing's usually cold face. To be loved was, in truth, a kind of happiness.

Having decided to accept her, Guan Xing set aside his hesitation. He helped her out of her dress, drew her into his arms, and amid a faint fragrance, they fell gently asleep together.

An autumn breeze, a beautiful dream—one night passed quietly.

He didn't know how long it had been when Guan Xing heard a piercing scream.

Opening his drowsy eyes, the sun was already high in the sky.

The moment Hua Ruobing saw Guan Xing, her fear turned into shock. Her mouth fell open; before any scream could escape, everything froze. Her enchanting eyes widened as she stared at him, too stunned to speak.

"Ruobing, good morning," Guan Xing said gently after a few seconds, unable to endure her gaze. "You didn't sleep well last night. Sleep a little longer."

She suddenly threw herself at him. At that moment, her feelings mirrored his from the night before—soaring from hell to heaven. The nightmare hadn't come true. The man beside her was the one she had longed for with all her heart.

Tears streamed down her face as she finally cried aloud. Her bare upper body trembled, her curves moving as springlight filled the room, all laid bare before Guan Xing's eyes.

"Guan Xing, don't leave me, don't leave me. Ruobing is so scared—so scared you won't want me anymore." Cold as ice, yet hot as fire—her emotions, long suppressed, erupted like a volcano, scorching Guan Xing with their intensity.

Her trembling body was held tightly in his arms as he soothed her softly. "Don't worry. I won't leave you. From now on, you're my woman."

Her sobbing stopped. Slowly, she lifted her head. Through tear-filled eyes shone disbelief, joy, and excitement—yet she dared not show too much, afraid she had heard wrong. Was this a dream?

Guan Xing lowered his head and kissed the corner of her lips lightly. "This is proof. You're mine—my woman."

This sincerity was something he could no longer resist. Since Hua Ruobing had thrown herself into love like a moth into flame, he could only accept it. As Cheng Yunya had said, he didn't want to hurt her for a lifetime.

"R-really? Guan Xing, are you truly willing to accept me?" Her tear-streaked face showed anxious hope.

"Really. Believe me."

She cried out in surprise, covering her face with both hands, overwhelmed by joy and disbelief.

Leaning against the headboard, Guan Xing watched her childlike reaction, feeling an indescribable sense of fulfillment.

But the moment she lowered her hands, she flung herself onto him, pressing him beneath her. In her eyes flowed a shy yet resolute light.

"Guan Xing, don't let this be just a dream. Take Ruobing. I'm willing to be your woman for life, to love you forever."

Wild with joy and emotion, Hua Ruobing grabbed Guan Xing's hand and shyly placed it against her chest, pressing it to her ripe, peach-like fullness. An indescribable softness and desire began to flow between them.

For an instant, Guan Xing had the urge to refuse—he was not someone who took advantage of another. But seeing the longing in her eyes, he finally pulled her into his arms, lifted her chin, and claimed her crimson lips. Passion ignited at that moment.

Her upper body already bare, her shy heart aflame, Hua Ruobing's body responded to Guan Xing's touch. A sensation she had never known before bloomed in her mind—the joy of love.

"I hope the woman who spends her life with me has the purest body," Guan Xing said softly. "Ruobing, I like you. In truth, I wish every woman who shares my bed is a virgin."

New to love, Hua Ruobing had never heard such shameless words. She cried out in protest, "Ah—you pervert! You bad man! You made me suffer so much. Today, you have to make it up to me!"

"I'll spend my whole life making it up to you," Guan Xing said. "Don't regret it. Be my woman."

She nodded slightly, happiness shining in her eyes. This was the life she had always wanted.

A woman's first time was always mixed with hazy boldness and awkward shyness. Under Guan Xing's teasing, her moans rose like a spring melody. Her flushed face bloomed like peach blossoms in March, her eyes rippling with desire.

"Guan Xing, love me. Ruobing gives you everything."

When Guan Xing removed her final garment, her youthful body glowed with vitality and grace. No man could resist such temptation—and Guan Xing was no exception.

He covered her, skin against skin, heat meeting heat. A tide of passion and love was fully ignited.

Love merged, joy soared. A sharp cry turned into song, and droplets of blood fell like the brushstrokes of a master painter, blooming into crimson plum blossoms on the white sheets.

Spring filled the room, and the happiness continued to burn.
