By that I mean he tagged along a team of people and they gave him money because they needed 5 people to close a portal, which is a rule set by the Royal Family, who is the boss in the Kingdom.
So all the Guild is required to only gives permission to groups of 5 for a portal quest.
Felix is seen as a dummy, someone who has no use due to his low cultivation but still, rules are the rules, and they dont mind giving some poor homeless guy one or two bronze coins to boost their reputation.
"Hey look, isn't that Felix? That guy is still going around like a beggar, I bet his job is harder now that most people found 5 people for their team after a year!"
"What do you mean 'job', getting a bronze coin per quest is literally worse then being a slave! At least you can have a roof instead of living in a guild haha!"
"Poor guy is just allergic to mana, just say that you can't cultivate, I wonder how he even awaken?"
He's hit by various comment as he enters the Advanturer's guild again, searching for a party to "join".
Indeed, Felix is allergic to Mana, in a way that he cannot directly absorb it from the surrounding, and after a year, he already given up on trying as his body just rejects anything that he tries to force inside.
He remembers the time where he awakens, where he stood infront of the awakening orb and feels the mana flows into him as if it belongs to him and forming a cultivator core.
That's the moment when he feels that cultivating is the path for him, the only way to avenge his parents who died due to a level 5 portal.
And the core is the only prove that he is a cultivator, which has not grown at all even after a year of effort.
Sometimes he believed that he worked more than anyone, yet no result is produced anyhow.

A voice shouted which snaps Felix out of his memory.

Felix look from the man to the woman and back, something seems odd here.
Then his eyes widens
"You! You are THE Ronan!?"
"Yes, Yes, thats me, yes, I know, I'm the best, the strongest, the..."
SLAP!
"OW!" Ronan rubbed the back of his head.
"Stop the bluffing, you just have a rarer element, that's all"
"Well, you can hardly call the Tiger element weak can you?"
"But you still lost to a earth element user"
"I wasn't trying..."
"Aaaaaaanyways, what's your name kid?"
"I'm the same age as you buddy, don't call me a kid"
"I call everyone kid, you can't stop me."
"Felix. Nice to meet you"
Felix smiled instead, beautiful girl is hard to resist ;)
"You too, let's hit a lunch spot, it'll be on Ronan, he deserve to treat you to a meal as a lesson for him"
"What did I do!? I was walking as well!"
"Just do it, you're rich anyways"
"You know what, I'll treat him to a shower, he stinks!"

They had arrived at a fancy restaraunt, and ordered their lunch.
"Just have to beg, you guys are so lucky that mana is accessible
"plus, I still have mana to use, it's just really little, around 5 point of mana becuase that's the amount of mana which has awakened with me."
Felix sighed.
"MwAHAHHAHAHAHA! 5 point of mana? you can't even make 2 mana ball!" Ronan burst out laughing.
"What does your system says?" Iris is curious.

This is chapter is literally just dialog, I got bored introducing the basics of the new world and stuff, so I tried to get things running for a bit before stuffing yall with info again.
