Everyone stared at Griffin as he made that statement.
"I'll go"he said again.
"You don't have to brother"Lisa said pouting sadly.
Griffin rolled his eyes and continued eating his food ignoring everyone.
"Good choice grandson"Grandfather Walter said and also began eating his food while ignoring the family.
Griffin sat on the bed finishing up with work when a knock came on his door.
"Come in"
He said and the person or people as the case may be walked in.
"Big brother,are you really going over there?"Linda asked sitting by his left.
"That's gangster territory"Lisa said sitting by his right.
"Yes I am"he replied not looking at any of them but focused on his laptop.
"Isn't there a way to change your mind?"Linda asked.
"We're worried big brother especially because of the rumors"Lisa said
"What rumors?"
"About a dangerous gang in that place, what if they try to harm u?"Linda asked.
"Nothing will happen to me, I'll be fine and u two are acting like kindergartners"he said finally looking at them and patted their heads.
They both smiled and hugged him, each giving him a peck on the cheek and then left the room.
Griffin sighed closing the laptop.
"U really outdid yourself old fart"he muttered and layed on the bed drifting into sleep.
The next morning, Griffin got down and some of his luggage was carried alog with him,the branch was a three hours drive away from the family house so he decided to stay in a place closer to the branch.
He got into the car along with Bruce who was a worrying mess.
"What's the problem?"
"I can't believe you agreed to work there"Bruce replied anxiously.
"I don't understand"
"Don't u Value your life?, there's a dangerous gang there and they are merciless"
"I'm listening"
"The name of the gang is'The Scorpions'🦂, their leader's name is Gandesblood she's dangerous man, she's a killing machine and she's soley responsible for 55% percent of deaths in this city"Bruce finished.
"It's actually a she, well she sounds intriguing,why haven't anyone caught up with her yet?"
"She's like greese on fingers,u can't and if you do, it's bye bye"
"Let's just get to the office, we're fifteen minutes late and I hate tardiness"Griffin said ignoring everything he just said.
Bruce sighed,he wouldn't listen so he just shook his head and folded his arms as the car began heading towards the branch office.

They arrived hours later and the office was no where organized.
Everything was looking beautiful but the same couldn't be said about the workers but when they saw him they all became alert.
Griffin walked in glancing at everything and continued walking till he got to the acting CEO'S office.
He could hear noises inside,no doubt he was sexing a worker.
He opened the door with the master key and the sight before him was an eye sore.
The guy was on the couch with two female workers butt naked.
He cleared his throat gaining their attention and the girls screamed covering themselves and so did the guy.
Bruce who stood next to him squinted his eyes in disgust.
"Call security to take them out and I need everything in this office to be changed before tomorrow"Griffin said coldly while glaring at them.
"Right away Young Master"Bruce replied and left, grateful to be out of the room.
"Who are you?"the man asked
Griffin remained silent,his emerald green eyes filled with mischief.
"I'd like to ask the same"
"I'm the CEO of this company"the guy replied.
"Not anymore"Griffin said and in came two security men to take them out.
"Assemble the staff, I have something important to do"

"Boss,boss, something's going on"
A bulky man said rushing towards the side of a petite figure sitting on the couch with a cigarette between her lips.
"What is it Rooster?"she asked calmly, puffing out smoke from her mouth.
"The company next door just had a change"Rooster replied.
"They've been having changed for years"Tigress who was lifting weights said.
"No one asked u lifeless"
"Go crow somewhere else,pile of feathers"Tigress retorted.
"Enough u two or I might actually blow your brains out"Gandesblood said holding her gun.
"Sorry boss"they both said with their heads Lowered.
"U were saying?",she asked turning to Rooster.
"They just got a new CEO"
"Didn't they get a new one last month?"Gandesblood asked
"Yes but this is different, it's the owner's grandson"
"That is interesting,what is that old timer thinking by sending his grandson here?"she muttered.
"Beats me"
"Whatever, keep a close eye on that company"she said.
"Yes boss, also Black Ivy just invaded our warehouse"Rooster said.
"Gather everyone, I've been waiting for a blood bath for days"she said with a smirk putting off the cigarette.
"Yes boss,on it boss"

The staff gathered at the first floor, all dressed neatly, now seeing Griffin's strict expression.
"I've called you all here to inform you that I'm your new CEO and I'm not one to tolerate nonsense, anything out of order and you'll be fired on the spot,do I make myself clear?"
His cold tone and eyes sending shivers down their spines
"Yes sir"they all replied feeling a shift in the temperature.
"Good"
He walked away heading back to the office which hadn't yet been reorganized but cleaned up from the dirty deed that happened moments ago.
With his leadership and supervision, everything would soon be back to the way it was before.
The door opened and in came Bruce with a disposable cup.
"Coffee?"
"Why not"he replied and drank it quietly.
"Should I book an appointment for later tonight?"
"Don't bother, not in the mood"Griffin replied looking out the window at the city below,it was a nice veiw.
"Grandfather"

Gandesblood and her gang pulled up infront of their warehouse to see it being looted.
"The fuck"she muttered and jumped down aiming her gun to shoot.
"I wouldn't do that if I were u"
Gandesblood rolled her eyes towards where that sweet,sexy yet deceitful voice came from.
"Ivy"she said,her voice dripping with venom.
"Long Time no see D"
"What are you doing on my territory?"
"You mean my territory,the higher ups approved it and u can't go against them now, can u"Ivy said mockingly.
