The Dominator stared at the powerful man holding Kara in his arms.
Her beast-like instincts screamed danger.
She had felt this sensation before—only when facing Krypton's most elite warriors, the ones who had once hunted and captured her.
"No. I am not a Kryptonian."
Lucas Reed gently set Kara down beside him and brushed the dust from her face.
Then he straightened, turning his gaze toward the Dominator.
"My name is Lucas Reed. I am a Saiyan who lives on Earth."
His fist clenched—
And in that instant, a fierce, semi-transparent aura erupted around him.
He blazed like a living torch.
For the first time since arriving in this world, Lucas felt true anger.
"No matter who you are," he said coldly,
"if you dare stand in my way—you die."
The Dominator let out a low growl.
Her body vanished in a blur, exploding forward in a blink.
Boom!
But what greeted her was a straight punch.
The speed of Lucas's fist far exceeded her expectations—beyond her reaction time.
She was sent flying even faster than she had charged, her body tearing through a parked car and snapping it in half.
Lucas vanished.
Before she could slam into the building behind her—
He was already there.
A brutal high kick sent the Dominator rocketing into the sky.
Lucas bent his knees.
Muscles bulged, power compressed—
The ground beneath him shattered.
BOOM!
A shockwave erupted as he launched upward like a fired shell, flipping nearby cars into the air.
In less than a second, he caught up to her mid-flight.
The Dominator barely managed to cross her arms in defense.
Too late.
Lucas's right fist smashed into her guard, halting her momentum—then sending her flying upward again.
He appeared once more.
Another punch slammed into her unprotected chest.
The force pierced through her body, compressing the air behind her into visible vapor—an explosive pressure wave formed by raw power alone.
"Weren't you arrogant just a moment ago?"
Lucas seized her throat, murderous intent blazing in his eyes.
His grip was like a steel vice.
No matter how she struggled, escape was impossible.
Her eyes burned red.
Energy surged—
But before she could fire—
Lucas opened his mouth.
A sphere of energy condensed instantly.
A brilliant beam erupted point-blank.
The blast smashed into her face, and the moment Lucas released his grip, the energy hurled her body away.
"AAAAHHH!!"
When the light faded, the Dominator clutched her charred face, screaming in agony.
She lowered her hands—
Only to see Lucas already forming a far more terrifying mass of energy between his palms.
"No—!"
Terror seized her.
She turned to flee.
Lucas sneered coldly.
He thrust his hands forward.
A crackling, lightning-laced Kamehameha-like blast tore through the air.
No matter how fast she was, the beam tracked her like a guided weapon.
BOOOOM!!
A massive explosion bloomed in the sky, the shockwave scattering the clouds themselves.
When the light vanished, a smoking figure fell from the sky.
The Dominator smashed into the ground, carving out a shallow crater.
Lucas descended immediately after.
He looked down at her—armor torn apart, life barely clinging to her body.
Raising his hand, Lucas gathered power once more.
Someone like this deserved only one ending.
Those who indulged in brutality, who vented their emotions through slaughter—
He would never show mercy.
Just like the town he lived in.
No crime.
No drugs.
No human trafficking.
Anyone who tried had learned fear the hard way.
Order existed there because of his ruthlessness.
"Wait!"
Kara's voice rang out behind him.
She rushed to his side, staring down at the Dominator.
"Are you… going to kill her?"
Lucas answered coldly,
"Yes. She must die."
"Can you… not kill her?" Kara asked.
"Why?" Lucas frowned.
"She came here searching for her origins too," Kara said quickly.
"You realize what you're saying?" Lucas replied calmly.
"She tried to kill you. She wanted to conquer Earth."
"But she hasn't done it yet," Kara pleaded.
"Maybe… after this lesson, she won't try again."
Lucas stared at her.
Then—slowly—his raised hand lowered.
Kara felt a wave of relief—
And then—
Lucas's arm snapped upward.
A beam of light exploded from his palm.
It pierced straight through the Dominator's skull.
"You—!"
Kara's eyes widened in disbelief.
"She didn't just threaten you," Lucas said coldly.
"She threatened my family and my friends."
"I will never allow someone like that to live. That is my principle."
He looked around.
"Look at this place. If I hadn't intervened, how much destruction would the two of you have caused?"
"You spare her—what if she returns?"
"What if I'm not here next time?"
"How many people would die because of your mercy?"
"So no—I won't stand by and watch you make an irreversible mistake because of your naïve kindness."
Lucas grabbed the corpse and shot into the sky toward the alien ship.
He blasted open the hull with brute force and entered.
Before the ship's AI could awaken the remaining three World-Destroyers, Lucas snapped their necks one by one.
He dragged the bodies outside, hurled them into the sky—
And erased all four from existence with a condensed energy blast, annihilating them down to the subatomic level.
Only then did he return to the ground.
Kara was still there.
Standing motionless.
Struggling internally.
"I killed them," Lucas said calmly.
"You can resent me. Hate me. Fear me."
"But if you truly wish to protect this city, don't let your compassion become the seed of disaster."
"You're gambling with millions of lives—betting on the humanity of monsters."
"Don't you think that's ridiculous?"
"This… is foolish kindness."
Lucas turned and left.
After he was gone—
Kara collapsed to her knees, covering her face as she broke down in tears.
