Synopsis
Early childhood education and adult basic literacy are two main branches of basic education. Both of them are similar in their scope. While early childhood education deals with reading, writing, spelling and pronunciation skills for young learners: Adult basic literacy deals with reading, writing and pronunciation skills for adults. The need for basic education has increased for young and adult learners in Nigerian communities. Although they both have the same scope: the method of teaching and learning these skills has evolved over the years. Hence , an educational prose which aims to guide professional and upcoming teachers and parents is being engaged. It is called THE SCIENCE OF BASIC EDUCATION. This is a delivery of my second edition.
