Chapter 55 - Chapter 55: The Capture

After watching the construction team leave, Hakuya took the herd of Miltank into the shed to help them get familiar with the environment.

Watching them bow their heads to curiously observe the long feeding troughs, or lick the fresh water flowing slowly through the basins, or roll around in the thick straw in the middle, Hakuya nodded with satisfaction.

From now on, the Miltanks would have a sheltered area to rest away from the wind and rain.

For these little ones, although his bond with them wasn't like the romantic closeness shared with the Pokémon girls in the cabin, Hakuya felt he should still put effort into caring for them.

Not only for the farm's future Moomoo Milk brand, but also because they were a special entrustment from his grandfather's friend.

"I'll make some more Pokémon food later," Hakuya thought as he looked at the empty troughs, turning to call the Lilligant who had followed him.

"Let's go, time to head back to the cabin~"

"Ya-mi~"

"Tinka!~"

Seeing the Farm Owner's figure, Tinkaton—who was sitting bored on the doorstep—lit up and ran toward Hakuya with eyes full of joy.

She hadn't chosen to leave with the construction team; instead, she seemed to have been waiting by the cabin for a long time.

"Eh? You plan to follow us and train?"

Under the telepathic translation of Gardevoir, Hakuya came to a sudden realization.

"Tinka, Tinka!~"

Tinkaton nodded vigorously, her eyes sparkling with hope.

Well, there really are Pokémon who come to a farm just because they want to work—

Hakuya found it quite amusing and reached out to rub her small head.

For this Tinkaton with endless energy and nowhere to spend it, a farm waiting for development and construction seemed to hit the mark perfectly.

Seeing that her intent to follow him had been conveyed, Tinkaton stepped back, hoisted her giant hammer, and fixed her gaze with determination.

She took the starting stance for a Pokémon battle.

Hakuya immediately understood the little one's meaning.

Just like encountering a wild Pokémon normally, he had to have a proper battle before catching her.

"Mienshao, prepare for battle."

Facing the "violent loli" who relied almost entirely on close-quarters combat, Hakuya sent out Mienshao, who mastered similar techniques.

"Tinka!"

Gazing at the opponent radiating a powerful aura, Tinkaton didn't flinch, her fighting spirit burning fiercely.

"Then... let the battle begin!"

Rosa, acting as the referee, waved her slender hand once both sides were ready.

"Tinka!~"

With a sharp cry, Tinkaton stepped forward, her hands suddenly hoisting the steel hammer that was several times taller than herself.

The hammer head kicked up a gale like a tidal wave, surrounded by purple energy, looking as if it carried the weight of a thousand tons.

Under Mienshao's watchful eyes, the flat ground beneath them shattered like a stone thrown into a mirror lake, instantly splintering into spider-web ripples.

Tinkaton took the opportunity to leap nimbly into the air, bringing the shimmering silver-white hammer down with a thunderous crash.

[Gigaton Hammer: Swings a giant hammer with the full weight of the body to attack. This move cannot be used consecutively in a short period.]

"So powerful~" "Balu~"

Rosa and Serperior, who had backed away from the center of the field, watched in amazement.

As a Top 4 finalist of the Vertress Conference, Rosa felt that the strength and aura shown by this wild Tinkaton were even slightly superior to the main Pokémon of those strong opponents at the League tournament.

"So, how will A-Ya respond?" the busty girl thought instinctively.

Counter with a move? Or command an evasion?

But contrary to what Tinkaton, Rosa, and Serperior expected, the Farm Owner chose neither. Instead...

"Catch it."

Facing the howling wind, Hakuya's face remained as calm as a still pond.

"Mien~"

Following the Trainer's casual command, to Tinkaton's utter shock, Mienshao flickered like a ghost, appearing directly beneath the attack trajectory at the exact moment the hammer fell with ten thousand tons of force.

"Tinka?!"

In an instant, with Mienshao's feet as the center, a circular crater several meters deep exploded outward—proof of the Gigaton Hammer's power.

But looking closer, one could see that Mienshao had stopped that infinite force with just two fingers.

"..."

Rosa, watching from the side, was so shocked she was speechless.

She caught it just like that?

"Is A-Ya really just a farmer, and not some legendary super-Trainer who retired to the countryside?"

A thought flashed through Rosa's mind—even if the champion of the last Vertress Conference came here, they might not be able to catch Tinkaton's attack so effortlessly!

To Hakuya, however, this was only natural.

Although Gigaton Hammer has a power of 160—a "finishing move" in the games—the level suppression, combined with the [Combat Suppression] and [Godspeed] traits, made it easy.

Mienshao's physical strength and reaction speed far exceeded other Pokémon of the same level, let alone this Tinkaton; catching it was no difficult feat.

"Alright, use High Jump Kick."

Watching the hammer-trapped Tinkaton still struggling in mid-air, he gave the order directly.

Before Tinkaton could react, a blur of motion struck instantly.

"Mien!~"

[High Jump Kick: The user jumps and strikes the target with a knee. If it misses, the user takes damage.]

"Tinka..."

Before falling unconscious, Tinkaton saw a red-and-white Poké Ball flying toward her.

"Skitty, why are you sneak-eating again?"

After catching Tinkaton, Hakuya went to the kitchen to prepare food for the Miltanks.

The moment he opened the cupboard, he found that the berries filling the shelf had been reduced by half.

Well... Hakuya already knew why.

Shifting his gaze slightly, he locked eyes with a cute, mischievous Skitty.

"Wuuu... Master, I'm a bit hungry, meow~"

The Skitty he had just picked up instantly transformed into her human-girl form; she rubbed softly against Hakuya's clothes. Her rounded, plump breasts pressed against her tight pale-pink dress, creating snowy waves against the Trainer's chest.

Her pair of soft, furry cat ears twitched in Hakuya's vision, making him want to reach out and stroke them.

"Even if you're hungry, you can't eat this much. You have to leave some berries for me."

The cold, heartless Farm Owner knocked the cat-girl loli on the head, but ultimately couldn't resist playing with her soft ears, his face full of helplessness.

"M-Master..."

The cat-girl loli's body trembled as her pink ears were rubbed; she pressed even closer, her tender, fatty buttocks swaying slightly under her skirt.
