Chapter 203 - Chapter 203: Then I'll Speak Simply for a Bit

Sampo raised his long whip high.

He angrily lashed it onto the muscular man's body.

The latter not only did not resist, but even lay down, calling out with a face full of enjoyment.

"Tsk!" Seeing this scene, Sampo felt more and more humiliated the more he whipped.

So he swung the long whip and lashed at the blue watermelons placed beside the muscular man.

"Slap—!!"

But at that very instant.

"Boom—!!"

The blue watermelon suddenly burst open, releasing a strange mist that spread everywhere.

"???"

Surrounded by the blue mist, Sampo stood there dumbfounded, still not understanding what had happened, when a female scream came from the side.

"Ahh—!!"

Sampo looked in the direction of the scream. It seemed to be a female student, but her skin was visibly turning blue at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Blue… Blue Elf?"

Under Sampo's confusion, more and more people's skin began to change.

The blue mist lingered and refused to disperse, and the situation at the scene became increasingly chaotic.

Suddenly, with several "whoosh" sounds, several figures wrapped in black robes rushed into the blue mist.

Blade light flashed. Several wooden prison wagons were chopped apart on the spot. The dazed prisoners inside were quickly hoisted up by them and then headed straight toward the Underworld rift in the Upper District.

"Fuck, hurry up and stop them! What are you all eating for!" Sampo jumped anxiously and directly drew the curved blade at his waist, charging toward those black-robed figures.

But after he charged a certain distance, he noticed that no Silvermane Guards had followed him. Only then did he turn back to look.

"!!!"

Those Silvermane Guards who had inhaled the mist were all swaying unsteadily, staggering left and right. After removing their helmets, their skin had all turned blue.

It seemed they had been poisoned.

Sampo looked at himself and said doubtfully:

"Why didn't I turn into a Blue Elf? Didn't that watermelon explode right next to me?!"

"Baby." The muscular man barely stood up with a grave expression. "It looks like this mist has no effect on the strong."

"?"

Hearing the voice, Sampo quickly looked at the muscular man whom he had just been whipping and frowned:

"You guy, your camp switching is pretty fast, huh? I just fired you a few days ago and you've already defected?"

"No." The muscular man scratched his head apologetically:

"I didn't know the watermelon had been tampered with. All the melons I sell are ones I've eaten myself. If there was a problem, I wouldn't restock them."

"?"

Sampo immediately threw his curved blade like a flying dart toward the tricycle full of watermelons on the other side.

"Boom—!!"

In an instant, sweet blue juice flowed all over the ground along the broken watermelon rind.

Looking at the pile of smashed watermelon, Sampo said disdainfully:

"Good guy, with so many normal watermelons, you just happened to grab the problematic one?"

"No, a buddy handed this watermelon to me!"

"Buddy? Who? One of your other gay friends!"

"Baby, how could that be… I don't even know him. The atmosphere was right at the time, and a guy next to me handed me a watermelon and urged me to come up and get intimate with you! I thought the watermelon he gave me was taken from my own tricycle."

"…"

Sampo looked toward the other side, in the direction of the Upper District's rift.

Those few black-robed people had already disappeared without a trace.

"Shit, my bonus—!!"

…

"Damn, so Big Brother you were here all along. Why didn't you come help me out?"

Inside Qlipoth Fort.

Upon seeing Zeig, Sampo was instantly overjoyed. He immediately slid to his knees and hugged his thigh, constantly rubbing his face against it.

Zeig acted as if nothing had happened. He dragged the pendant along to Cocolia's desk, picked up a teacup and took a sip. Only after putting the teacup down did he calmly say:

"What's the big deal? It's perfectly normal for some remnants to be alive. You didn't catch all the great families anyway. Some fish slipping through the net is within expectations."

He put the teacup back on the table and continued dragging the pendant downward:

"Take it slow. Anyway, with things blown up this big this time, they probably won't dare to act rashly again for the next few years."

Cocolia silently threw that teacup out the window, causing the sound of glass shattering outside.

Then she took out a new cup from the drawer, poured tea into it, and silently watched the neurotics chatting below.

"Big Brother, wasn't I awesome this time? Now everyone in all of Belobog knows that I, Sampo, have been awesome before!"

"Yeah yeah yeah, you successfully became a target for revenge."

"Tch, that's true. Why do I, with my own handsome face, have to play the villain? Why doesn't that old woman up there send her own daughter instead!"

With a "whoosh," a brand-new teacup smashed into Sampo's head, making a crisp sound and shattering into glass shards that scattered on the ground.

Cocolia pulled open the drawer again, took out yet another new cup, and poured tea into it.

"…"

Under Sampo's pain, Cocolia sat above and said in a deep voice to Zeig:

"What are your plans next?"

"Nothing much, but I can't stay on Jarilo-VI wasting time anymore."

"Why?"

"It's been too long. School has already started and we haven't changed maps yet. Continuing to waste time like this isn't quite appropriate."

"?"

"I mean, thank you for your hospitality."

"…"

Cocolia slowly nodded. Serval, who had been under the desk, timely crawled out, stood up and said:

"Zeig, my man, since you're an executive, why don't you say a few words at the right time? It seems you haven't spoken to the public at all."

"What? I myself forgot I even had an official position. How about we forget it."

"Come on, just one."

"Come on!" Sampo clutched the bump on his head and chimed in.

"Fine then."

The next day at noon.

On the Administrative District Plaza.

Zeig stood in front of Cocolia and Bronya, wearing a proper uniform. With graceful bearing, he spoke into the microphone:

"Hello everyone, I am the Executive."

As soon as Zeig opened his mouth, enthusiastic cheers erupted from below.

Normal people all knew that this planet was able to escape the Eternal Freeze, so Zeig was naturally the MVP.

"Ahem ahem."

Zeig cleared his throat and continued:

"Today, let's talk about some of the problems that still exist in Belobog."

"Ah. Ahem ahem."

"Regarding this issue, leaders at all levels attach great importance to it. After discussion by the guidance team, a series of policies have been formulated to implement a diversified strategic approach."

"From a long-term perspective, upholding the principle of seeking truth from facts, deeply understanding the spirit, strengthening horizontal and vertical communication, and unswervingly promoting development."

The entire audience suddenly fell silent, looking at each other in dismay.

Zeig continued:

"In the future, we will solve the existing problems one by one. We need to demonstrate new levels, reach new realms, adopt new measures, achieve new development, and form new breakthroughs!"

Zeig raised his head, looked around at the crowd, and clenched his fist:

"To this end, we must value new methods, see new situations clearly, and align with new requirements!"

"Only in this way can we, in new expectations and new relationships, make good use of new skills, display new styles, and reach new heights!"

"New knowledge creates new things, new practice yields new results. We need to demonstrate new levels, reach new realms, adopt new measures and new development, and through the correct path… form new breakthroughs!"

"We must grasp harmfulness, improve consciousness, sprout initiative, keep up with the times, and recognize arduousness!"

"Achieve not slacking, not slacking off, not retreating, not making things difficult, and not stopping!"

"From multiple levels, multiple aspects, multiple elements, and multiple measures, identify the starting point, entry point, focus point, foothold, key point, to solve the problems!"
