Chapter 1 - CHAPTER ONE: THE BREAKING DAWN

In the ancient past, two clans laid the foundation of martial arts and wielded powerful techniques. As they shared their knowledge with others, subordinate clans emerged, evolving and refining these skills. This led to the formation of the seven major clans of their era: Thunder, Shadow, Clover, Spirit, Primal, The Forge Arts and The Crimson Strike. United, these clans were destined to bring order to the world. However, As the hearts of many were greatly tainted with envy the harmony that was meant to be maintained was undoubtedly changed by one event.

A bitter dispute between the Light and Dark clans sparked a devastating war that ultimately led to their downfall, leaving only their subordinate clans intact. The Light Clan's remnants included the Thunder, Spirit, and Clover clans, while the Dark Clan's legacy lived on through the Primal, The Forge Arts, Crimson Strike, and Shadow clans. The war's conclusion brought a period of peace and harmony to the world, marking the end of The First Clan War. For twenty years, the clans lived in peace.

Among the Dark Clan's subordinates, the Shadow Clan held a unique position as the most trusted and informed vanguard. Privy to the Dark Clan's full agenda, the Shadow Clan sought to prove their strength and loyalty in the aftermath of their Head clan's downfall at the hands of the Light Clan. Under the guidance of their elders, the Shadow Clan devised a secret plan to strike the Thunder Clan who are direct disciples of the Light Clan, aiming to demonstrate their power without sparking another devastating Clan War.

The attack was led by Visko Musonda of the Dark Clan, the ruthless successor to the former leader of the Dark Clan. Once a member of the Thunder Clan, Visko abandoned it in his hunger for power beyond what they were willing to give and teach. He left to the Dark Clan, where he trained under its clan head, believing this path would grant him access to ultimate power.

The attack was meant to serve as a great display of the Dark Clan's strength. However, they gravely underestimated the Thunder Clan. Though vastly outnumbered, the Thunder Clan made up for its losses through its superior technique. Rather than expanding their ranks, they had long focused on mastering skill and discipline a philosophy that made them into one of the most formidable clans in the entire great valley. As it looked like both teams were on equal footing the decisive battle of this strategical attack was about commence between the two leaders the clans.
