He clenched his jaw so hard it felt like his molars were about to shatter, forcing those words out through gritted teeth!
Grrrr—kreeeech—!!!
An ear-splitting metallic shriek tore through the air, like a demon dragging its claws across glass, making nearby soldiers cry out and clutch their ears in pain!
The prison door—made from special alloy steel and deeply embedded into the concrete wall—began to warp inch by inch under Levi's utterly unreasonable brute force!
Chunks of concrete and twisted rebar burst loose from the wall, spraying outward!
Before the disbelieving eyes of the soldier inside—who looked as if he were witnessing a miracle—
The cell door was ripped free.
Ripped.
Straight.
Off.
But Levi didn't throw the mangled slab aside.
Instead, he hoisted the hundreds-of-pounds iron door with both hands—still spitting sparks—and swung it like an oversized flyswatter, bringing it down with Mount Tai–crushing force onto the mechanical spider lunging toward him!
BOOOOM—!!!
A deafening explosion!
That spider—along with the hardened specialty concrete beneath it—was smashed flat into an unrecognizable pancake of metal shards and rubble!
Levi stood there, gripping the ruined iron door like a weapon, chest heaving violently, looking like a demon god who had clawed his way out of hell.
He turned his head and looked at the soldier inside the cell, who was completely frozen in shock.
Levi grinned, flashing teeth stained red with blood and smoke.
"Don't be afraid," he rasped, his voice hoarse but carrying undeniable authority.
"I'm here."
With that, he planted the iron door upright in front of him, forming a jagged, spike-covered makeshift shield—just in time to block the next wave of spiders crashing in!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The relentless impacts numbed his hands through sheer vibration.
Stand there and tank hits like an idiot?
No thanks.
"Get the hell back!"
With a furious roar, Levi swung the iron door in a wide arc, like sweeping trash off the floor!
The massive slab howled through the air, carving out a deadly semicircle!
Every mechanical spider caught in its path was obliterated—smashed apart as if hit by a speeding train, exploding into flying debris!
One swing.
A clean zone.
The entire fan-shaped area in front of him was forcibly cleared!
There's hope!
Levi's spirits surged. Like a player who'd just picked up a bug-tier legendary weapon, he went berserk—smash, sweep, slam—pure, primitive, physics-based execution!
For a brief moment, one man and one door actually held back an entire direction of the spider tide!
But it wasn't enough.
More spiders kept pouring in from deeper corridors—endless. On the other side, Logan was killing like a demon, but even he couldn't keep up with how fast the spiders were tearing everything apart.
They needed manpower.
They needed everyone.
"Hey! You useless sacks of meat—listen the hell up!" Levi roared while swinging the iron door nonstop, his voice thundering across the prison block.
"Do you want to die standing—or live kneeling?!"
His words hit like explosions in every soldier's ears.
"Look at yourselves! And you still call yourselves soldiers? Where's your guts?! Sold off by the Germans like scrap metal?! Your families are waiting for you to come home—and you're gonna rot here as spider shit?!"
"If you want to live, then get the hell up! Grab anything you can use! Broken iron bars! Rocks on the ground! Even your damn teeth!"
"Follow me—and fight your way out!"
Each sentence was a burning slap across their faces.
Fear from watching comrades die.
Desperation to survive.
And Levi's savage, unfiltered rage—
Together, they ignited something feral.
"Fuck it—let's do it!"
A big man covered in blood was the first to charge out of his cell, gripping a steel pipe torn from a bed frame!
"I'm in!"
"Kill every last one of these tin bastards!"
One. Two. Three.
More soldiers followed—eyes no longer hollow, but blazing with madness and raw defiance born from being cornered.
A ragtag, bargain-bin suicide squad formed in seconds.
"Good!" Levi barked. "Two per group! Hold the broken cells! Knock down any spider that tries to crawl in!"
"Yes!!"
The soldiers roared in unison, immediately relieving pressure on Logan's side. Against all odds, the prison block's defense stabilized!
Levi drew a deep breath.
Even as he mechanically swung the iron door, his serum-enhanced brain was running at supercomputer speeds.
Something was wrong.
The spiders' movements were too orderly—advance, retreat, flank.
These weren't beasts.
This was an army.
Take the leader—break the formation.
As his hearing shifted modes, Levi's senses filtered through the chaos like precision sonar, isolating a specific, rhythmic high-frequency signal.
His gaze sharpened like a hawk's, scanning past the swarm, deeper into the darkness.
Then—
His pupils shrank.
There!
At the very back of the spider tide, tucked into an unremarkable corner, crouched a spider nearly twice the size of the others, its armor gleaming with a dark golden sheen.
It didn't move.
But the antenna-like appendage atop its head pulsed with eerie, rhythmic red light.
Each flash subtly altered the swarm's assault pattern.
That was it.
In that instant, the chaos—the flames, the screams—vanished.
In Levi's world, only that dark-gold silhouette remained.
A killing intent colder than ice surged from the depths of his heart.
Found you.
