An Ace of Spades, which of course I used as its value 1.

I lined up the cards I had: two diamonds, two clubs, six hearts, jack of spades, ace of spades, for a total of 21.

Easy game for me, but not for Ulrich, who was stunned and in disbelief at how easily I was enjoying this so-called Death Game in the last round.

I saw Ulrich still frozen, his body trembling with sweat.

His pale face was becoming increasingly obvious, and even his mouth seemed to be struggling to speak.

"You haven't shown me your whole card yet, Ulrich," I said calmly, but Ulrich, hearing that, immediately gasped in shock.

He knew that if he showed his card, the game would be over, and whatever the card is, I believe I still be the winner.

I got up from my chair and slowly walked over to Ela, who was still frozen with a frightened expression.

I repeatedly saw Ela scream hysterically in anger, but no sound was audible, muffled within the magical dome that had sheltered her.
