The story starts from where it ended in the last chapter.
Bully 1:
Kicking the girl with a smile,
"I think you understand your place, trash."
Bully 2:
Kicking the girl with a cold look,
"You half-blooded trash. You are half human and half demon. You are nothing but a shame."
Bully 3 (Leader):
Hands in his pockets, standing calmly behind the other two bullies, he speaks in a cold voice,
"You are trash. How dare you look into our eyes, you trash girl."
Girl:
Tears stream down her eyes as she speaks,
"Sorry… sorry… I won't look at you again."
MC:
Thinks to himself,
"If I save this girl today, she might be beneficial to me in the future."
He moves forward, puts his right hand on
Bully 1 and his left hand on Bully 2, and speaks in a cold voice,
"Leave that girl."
Bully 1:
Speaks angrily,
"Who is this?"
He turns and suddenly freezes after seeing MC's adventurer card in his pocket.
Bully 3 (Leader):
Turns toward MC, his body stiffening, and speaks with fear,
"Y-Yes, sir… what can we do for you?"
MC:
Stares into the leader's eyes,
"Leave that girl. Now."
Leader Bully:
Turns toward the girl,
"We're leaving you for now."
He walks away with his two bullies.
MC:
Looks down, makes eye contact with the girl, and extends his hand,
"Don't worry. I won't hurt you."
Girl:
Grabs MC's hand, stands up, and speaks softly,
"Thank you."
MC:
Smiles,
"By the way, what's your name? My name is Kota Nambu Tekki."
Girl:
Smiles back,
"My name is Osho."
MC:
With a smile,
"What is your age?"
Osho:
Her cheeks turn slightly red,
"I am 18 years old."
MC:
With a curious look,
"By the way, what do you do?"
Osho:
With a cute smile,
"I am a G-rank adventurer, and I do quests to earn money."
MC:
A surprised look spreads across his face,
"Really? You're an adventurer? Then why were they bullying you?"
Osho:
With a sad look,
"I am an adventurer, but I used all my MP in my previous quest, so I am very weak right now."
MC:
Understanding her situation,
"So you're weak at the moment. How about we do quests together?"
Osho:
Smiles brightly,
"Really? Yes! Let's go to the guild and take some quests."
MC:
Smiling,
"Of course. Let's go inside."
They enter the guild and stand in front of the quest board.
"Which quest should we take, according to you?"
Osho:

"Killing high orcs and trolls is too hard… and I haven't asked Kota Nambu Tekki his rank yet."
She turns to MC.
"By the way, what is your rank?"
MC:
Takes out his guild card and shows it,
"My rank is G, same as yours. I became an adventurer today."
Osho:
Her eyes widen in surprise,
"You're new?"
MC:
Taps his chest with a smile,
"Yes."
Osho:
Analyzing the situation,
"Then we should take easy quests, right?"
MC:
Looks at the quest board,
"Yes."
Osho:
Looks at the board and thinks,
"He's a beginner and doesn't know much about fighting. I'm also not at full power. We should take easy quests."
She takes two quest papers from the board.
"Killing monster rabbits and killing slimes would be best for now. How about these?"
MC:
Looks at the quests,
"Good choice."
Osho:
Smiles,
"Okay, let's go."
MC:
Follows Osho. They arrive at a plain near a forest.
"Where are we?"
Osho:
Turns to MC,
"This is a monster hunting zone. That forest has high-rank monsters, so don't go there."
MC:
Nods,
"Okay, I understand."
Osho:
Suddenly hides in the grass,
"Hide."
MC:
Eyes widen slightly,
"Why?"
Osho:
Keeps her eyes on the monster rabbits,
"When monster rabbits see humans, they try to escape first. If they can't, they attack. That wastes our energy. The best way is to hide and do a sneak attack."
MC:
Impressed, he hides in the grass,
"And what about slimes?"
Osho:
Still watching the rabbits,
"They're easier. They only run and rarely attack, so they're easy targets."
MC:
Watching the rabbits,
"Now I understand why they're easy quests."
Osho:
Takes out her dagger,
"You give me backup support. I'll attack."
MC:

With swift movements, she cuts down a monster rabbit's head. Changing directions smoothly, she continues using the same tactic. Together, they kill ten monster rabbits and complete the quest.
MC:
Turns away and thinks,
"That was easy. Ten slimes in front of me… aim locked."
He uses his Holy Light skill and instantly kills all ten slimes.
He returns to Osho and starts acting exhausted so she won't notice his power.
"I'm done too."
He sits on the ground, pretending to be exhausted.
"Ah…"
Osho:
Sits down as well, breathing heavily,
"Ah… that was hard."
Orc:
A high-rank orc suddenly charges toward MC and Osho at terrifying speed.
