Aurelion had simply approached the tea time with the intention of knowing the point of view of the other party in the engagement involved. Such a conversation with deeper meaning behind it required a high emotional quotient. What Aurelion had forgot in the midst of the whole arrangement chaos was the fact that he was talking to a five year old girl.
Thus this led to a big misunderstanding on the version of Evelyn. Her next words held more weight than even she herself realized.
