My name is anjali, I belong to agra when I was in 9th standard my math was very weak.I couldn't understand it at all and didn't know I would pass I used to stay very tense, then,to overcome my fear of math ,I started offline coaching to reduce my fear of math I had to give myself confidence I should not be afraid of math I had to fight it and get good score.
Even in coaching ,all the concepts were not clear there were so many students and the teacher could not focus on weak students I didn't understand what to do I was scared that if I failed my parents would be upset and might even stop studying.
I started overthinking even more my biggest fear was the exams were coming and I didn't know what would happen to me I couldn't understand anything I was very tensed about one subject.
I didn't like sharing my problems with anyone because I was afraid that people would make fun of me. I didn't even tell much to my family they used to ask me how my studies were going and I would say that they were going well.
I still didn't know how I would pass math subject the fear of exams was still haunting me,and I wondered if i could really overcome it.
