Chapter 4 - Chapter 4 : Choice

The massive, radiant being stood before me, his hands still on his hips, waiting with the patience of an immortal. The light pouring off him made the void feel small. I, a mere spark of a soul, had to make a decision that would define my entire next existence.

Not Daniel. Not the legends. Not the monsters who already rule the streets.

I ran through the list of candidates. Vasco? Too much of a saint. Samuel Seo? Nah he was strong .

Anyone from viral hit ? Nah they are just fodders in Lookism, From Manager kim ? Nah there were just old man's and it's before cannon , Then, it hit me. The man who sat at the top of the North in Gangbuk, but whose beginning was as a simple, emotionless bookworm.

"I've decided," I said, my voice carrying as much weight as a soul could manage. "I want to be Choyun Or Yun Jo."

The legendary man who sought to conquer all of Seoul, but was ultimately thwarted in the stories I read. I remembered his broken System cards.

The Other World Training Fields, the Ultimate Absorption Card, the Cloud Copies. If I took his place before he became a cold machine, I could use those broken cards to build something far more powerful than the original ever did.

The Being nodded, the starlight shifting around his head like solar flares. "Choyun... an interesting vessel. A boy with potential, yet currently a hollow machine. Now, what is your wish?"

I took a spiritual breath. I knew the rules now. This Being was stingy. He wouldn't give me the world on a silver platter. I had to be smart.

"I want a second body," I started. "A perfect body with UI mode and the Copy ability, just like Daniel Park."

"No," the Being said immediately. His voice lacked any hesitation. "Your karma is too low for something so grand. You are asking for the apex of that world's potential."

" I literally died for saving a girl and you're saying my karma is low ? Are you crazy "

Rob : " Yeah I know that's why I'm giving you this wish if you don't even done that you may not even be worthy for this "

"Fine. Then just give me UI and Copy mode on my Choyun body."

"Still too much," the Being replied, sounding like a merchant haggling over the price of a carpet. "Your current karma doesn't allow for the 'Genius' traits of the protagonists. I told you, I can only give you a little 'candy'."

Damn this bastard, I thought. He's literally toying with me. He brings me here, offers me reincarnation, and then shoots down every advantage I try to take. How am I supposed to survive in a world of monsters if I don't have a weapon? I looked at the massive being, and for a moment, I saw him not as a God, but as a gamer. He said he wanted "to enjoy the show." He didn't want a perfect protagonist; he wanted someone who would do something unexpected. He wanted entertainment.

I thought about Choyun. I thought about the System. I thought about the 107 vital points of Kalaripayattu that were burned into my very soul. I didn't need a "Perfect Body" if I could manipulate the one I had in ways no one else could.

I looked up at the titan and made my final wish.

I spoke it clearly. It wasn't a wish for power, or a wish for a skill. It was a wish that targeted the very core of how I would interact with the PTJ Universe. It was a request so specific and strategic that it made the Being go deathly silent.

The radiant light around him pulsed once, twice, and then he let out a sound that could only be described as a celestial laugh—a mixture of male and female tones that vibrated through the ink-black void.

"Amusing," the Being whispered, sounding genuinely interested for the first time. "I want to see how you use such a thing. For what purpose you would waste a wish on that... it's fascinating. Very well, Arya. Your wish is granted."

He straightened his massive frame, and the white light began to turn into a deep, violent purple. The void around us started to swirl, creating a vortex of energy that felt like a magnet pulling at my very essence.

"Now, go from here," the Being said, his voice fading as the vortex grew. "Let me enjoy the show. Show me something Interesting."

Before I could say another word, he flicked his massive finger. The darkness shattered like glass, and I was pulled into a tunnel of purple light.

The weightlessness vanished. Suddenly, I felt the terrifying sensation of gravity. I felt the bite of cold wind. I felt the terror of a body that was already in motion.

I was gone from the void. My new life had begun.
