Chapter 27:
The World Government had already learned about the Celestial Dragons being attacked on Sabaody Archipelago.
The Five Elders immediately furrowed their brows—their pressure was already immense.
Dealing with the Rocks Pirates was already extremely taxing.
After all, the Rocks Pirates' lineup was too luxurious, their strength far too overwhelming—even Imu felt a slight wariness toward Rocks.
Now, hearing that Celestial Dragons had been attacked, their hearts grew even more irritated.
"The Navy has already sent Sengoku to handle it. The Navy's forces are already insufficient, and now they have to clean up after these stupid pigs."
Saturn Saint said impatiently.
"Hmm, then let's wait for the Navy's results. Don't waste time on Sabaody. After it's handled, have the Navy focus on the New World situation."
Mars Saint nodded and said.
"After dealing with Sabaody, I suggest we first confine those inferior Celestial Dragons."
"We don't have the energy to keep cleaning up after them. Right now, the most important thing is the Rocks Pirates."
Vegapunk Saint's view aligned with the others.
"Hmm, agreed. For this period, those inferior Celestial Dragons are to be confined—prohibited from leaving Mariejois."
Pitt Saint said directly.
"Hmm, seconded. Let's focus on the New World."
Nasujuro Saint agreed readily.
It seemed these two Celestial Dragons had truly angered the Five Elders. When they returned to Mariejois, there would definitely be "good things" waiting for them.
Afterward, the Five Elders continued discussing New World matters.
Meanwhile, Sengoku had finally arrived at Sabaody Archipelago.
But Sengoku had no mood at all—he even felt extremely bad.
Because he saw Victor standing at the port. There was no need to doubt—this was the target.
Sengoku furrowed his brows, carefully trying to identify Victor, but he had no information on him at all.
"Could he not be a pirate? A newcomer?"
Sengoku truly felt a headache coming on.
The moment Victor saw Sengoku, he froze.
He hadn't expected Sengoku to come. He thought it would be some elite Vice Admiral—most likely Zephyr.
Instead, it was Sengoku.
"Hoho, so it's Sengoku. Konnichiwa—looks like this time, I can have a real fight."
Victor looked at the warship and couldn't help but laugh excitedly.
"Hey hey, kid. Don't laugh too soon."
As he spoke, the warship began docking.
Sengoku didn't wait for the ship to fully moor—he leaped up and landed directly opposite Victor.
"Kid, why did you attack Celestial Dragons? Don't you know their status in this world?"
Sengoku looked at the youthful-faced Victor and said gravely.
He hadn't expected the one who attacked Celestial Dragons to be a teenager.
"Sengoku. Then do you know about Celestial Dragon privileges? Do you know about their vile behavior?"
"Do you know about Celestial Dragon slaves? Do you know what the word 'Justice' behind you truly represents?"
Victor didn't answer directly. He calmly looked at Sengoku and countered with questions.
"You—"
Sengoku was rendered speechless, his face flushing red.
Of course he knew—the entire world knew these things.
But so what?
The real bomb was that last question—it struck straight at the deepest part of his heart.
"So Sengoku knows too."
"Alright, enough talk. If this continues, you'll probably get scolded."
Victor smiled.
"Less nonsense, kid. Take my fist first!"
Sengoku, furious and humiliated, leaped up and struck fiercely toward Victor.
Victor didn't waste words either. He didn't dodge—instead, he met fist with fist head-on.
Bang!
The battle erupted instantly.
Neither used Armament Haki at first—just pure physique and physical techniques clashing hard.
The warship had docked, but the soldiers didn't dare approach the battlefield.
The vice officer ordered his captains to handle the Celestial Dragons while he stood back to observe.
The Navy soldiers didn't dare fire carelessly—they just held their guns ready, awaiting orders.
In the fight, Sengoku was inwardly shocked.
He hadn't expected this kid's physique to be so monstrous. When hit, he didn't even flinch.
Not only that—the kid's fist strength was terrifying. Where did this monster come from, actually managing to hurt him?
He was an Admiral candidate—with Admiral-level power, even if not at his peak.
But this was still extraordinary.
From Sengoku's judgment, this boy had definitely awakened both colors of Haki.
Meanwhile, Victor felt exhilarated.
Sengoku truly was a top-tier powerhouse—terrifying strength.
Victor wasn't using Haki—just pure brawling—and he was nearly sent flying multiple times.
But Victor felt no discouragement. Instead, he grew even more excited in battle.
His body was cheering—every cell hyperactive, continuously supplying him with energy.
He had no worry about exhaustion—he could fight with everything unleashed.
"Hahaha, refreshing! This is real combat! Sengoku—stop holding back. Show me your true power!"
Victor shouted with laughter.
"Kid, I never expected your strength to be this great. Now I'm getting serious."
Sengoku couldn't help but warn him.
With that, Sengoku's body suddenly grew massive—transforming into a golden giant Buddha.
"Hoho—this is Sengoku's true power. The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu (Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan: Great Buddha). Just like a real Buddha."
Victor marveled as Sengoku activated his fruit.
Victor coated his fists and body in Armament Haki.
As for Observation Haki—he'd been using it from the start of the fight.
Otherwise, he wouldn't be Sengoku's match—he'd have been crushed long ago.
Victor had no doubt: Sengoku's Observation Haki had reached advanced level.
"Great Buddha Impact!"
The golden Buddha Sengoku instantly unleashed a powerful shockwave toward Victor.
"Hahaha—bring it!"
Victor didn't dodge. He charged straight forward, fist meeting the shockwave head-on.
Bang! A massive explosion.
Victor was instantly sent flying.
He flipped mid-air, stabilized himself, and charged toward Sengoku again.
But Sengoku's shockwave really hurt. One mistake and Victor would be blasted away.
And most of the time, Victor couldn't even land hits—he was mostly on the defensive.
This was exactly what Victor expected—he wanted to use this battle to break through both colors of Haki.
"Kid, you're no match for me. Surrender."
In the fight, Sengoku saw Victor charging fearlessly and shouted loudly.
