"How many noble clans are there in our Capital?" Kelsey asked.
"Nine," Emmeline replied. "That includes my clan and Sira's. However, only three clan leaders have successfully broken through to the Royal rank."
She then created an illusion—an imposing, supreme demon figure hovering in midair—to help Kelsey remember more clearly. "I come from the nine-tailed fox clan, and my father is the Fox King."
