Cael immediately jumped away from the pillar as it was bombarded with attacks from various directions.
Fortunately, Cael had already sensed the incoming attacks.
But the worst was yet to come.
The battle had only just begun.
Cael was now surrounded from all directions. More than twenty Silver rankers and fifty Iron rankers were closing in on him, not to mention the old man, who was a Gold ranker.
"Oh fuck."
Escape. He had to escape.
With that in mind, he bolted away, using wind to enhance his speed.
All the rankers moved instantly. Fortunately, the old man did not seem interested in chasing him.
Five Silver rankers quickly blocked Cael's path.
Cael drew his sword and immediately used,
'Gale Weave, First Form: Dancing Wind Slash.'
Instantly, a wind slash shot toward the five Silver rankers.
But just as it reached them, it suddenly vanished.
The slash abruptly changed direction midway and struck the enemies on the opposite side, killing several of them instantly.
