Chapter 37 - The Library of Secrets

Three Weeks Later

Aisha sat quietly in the royal library, surrounded by towering shelves that stretched toward the vaulted ceiling. Sunlight filtered through tall arched windows, casting golden beams across rows upon rows of ancient tomes. Dust particles shimmered in the light, drifting lazily through the still air.

The library was vast—almost endless. Shelves carved from dark oak were lined with thousands of books, some bound in polished leather, others worn and cracked with age. Faint magical inscriptions glowed along certain spines, marking restricted or advanced knowledge.

Aisha moved slowly between the shelves, her fingers brushing across the titles. Elemental Theory. Advanced Mana Circulation. Spirit Contracts. Forbidden Ritual Archives.

She selected one book.

Then another.

And another.

Until six thick volumes rested carefully in her arms.
