Sunny found himself in the inner lining of the Nightmare Spell, the space between Dream and Reality. He waited to be awarded with his first Awakened memory and he did not have to wait long.

Sunny was happy he got the memory but he was focusing on something else. Unlike the armor the thing Sunny was waiting for was the thing that was given to him by the God of Shadows and Daemon of fate, and both of himselves as well.
The changes to his Aspect, Attributes and above all, his Innate Ability
Sunny had seen what it was and naturally that made his blood boil, then boil some more, then it settled for a while before growing calm
This was because he had seen some things regarding the [Shadow Bond] and the consequences that it brought. Sunny ha seen who became his... 'Master' and he still did not know how to feel about that.
'Nephis...' - He would meet her again.
They would travel together, again.
Sunny did not need to develop a relationship with her. His memories had already given him the fighting skills he needed and he had the means to survive on his own.
'But then why... why do i feel like this?'
He could not explain it... He did not know her and yet he did, he knew more about her than anyone in the world, including herself. He had no reason to want to develop a relationship with her but...
'I want to...'
Sunny felt it in him some how. Maybe it was the influence of his future-past's self but Sunny wanted to be there, with her...
'I'll... I'll worry about that when the time comes'
Sunny was thankful that the spell had started its Appraisal. He did not really want to think about Nephis just yet... or anyone from his future for that matter

It seemed maybe Weaver had asked the spell to change that. Or, maybe Sunny was just less treacherous now
'Yeah its probably the first one'
It was a nice change, sure, but Sunny was not really bothered by the old description, but it was a bit nice not being known as the 'Treacherous, Lost from Light'
And that's when it started

Sunny was not surprised by this obviously but he was still waiting, the suspense and worry was just a few seconds away from causing him to start shaking

Sunny rushed as if his life depended on it, summoning the runes as fast as humanely possible

Sunny's breathing was more haggard than before now, out of the 3 parts of his runes speaking of him being destined to be a Slave 2 were gone and all that was left was...

Sunny fell backwards

Sunny could almost feel tears forming in his eyes. He may not have understood the concept of his new innate ability but he know one thing
'I'M FREE!'
It was such an odd thing, Sunny had never actually been bound in the first place - well except for the slave caravan but he was celebrating as if his entire life had been spent a slave

'But not anymore!'
Sunny had already stood up and started to do a little victory dance, It was just unfortunate that the spell still seemed to not care

He held his chest and shut his eyes like the last time but he did not fall, Though the feeling of his body being reconstructed was not exactly pleasant no matter how good it felt
Sunny opened his eyes and he found himself within his soul sea
'Its still as eerily beautiful and calm as the memory...'
His eyes landed on the black sun that floated above the calm waters and with a promise to add more Sunny turned his eyes
There, unlike the last time Sunny saw the shades of what would become his legion. He wondered how it was not supposed to be possible without that fragment of Weavers lineage [Blood Weave] but then he chalked it up to being the influence of having Shadow Gods lineage now
Speaking of which...
'How would my Aspect ability and Attributes change?'
He waited patiently, for a second or 2 for the spell to speak and after it did Sunny summoned his runes again.
He was expecting his Attributes to have changed as well as the addition of a few more, what he did not anticipate was any significant change to his dormant ability so when the change occurred and Sunny who had already spent not only most of his physical energy on the trial, mental energy preparing for his Aspect change and emotional energy on expressing joy at the new innate ability saw it
he simply fell back onto the waters, his mind had practically exploded again - just not the painful kind

He stopped for a second and focused on that attribute calling forth its runes.

'Maybe my future self yelling at Weaver for his riddles were warranted...' - Sunny could not tell what the hell that attribute was about. The best he could do for now was wait
But that was not what surprised him, that was at the current bottom of his runes

Sunny yelled out loud as he stared into the runes with a piercing intensity.
He had healing capabilities too, he was now a part of the rarest and most valuable part of awakened.
'How does it work? What's the extent of its abilities? How much energy will it drain...'
Sunny kept on spiraling in his sense of glee but the spell waited for no one and felt that it had given him enough courtesy and that he was getting far too many blessings

Sunny was pulled out of his excitement but the spells words, he had known that this would be his flaw and he knew that this would not change, the same way that his true name would not change. These things were what made, Sunny, Sunny.
His aspect too, should not have been able to change but that was because of the direct influence of the God that had blessed him in the unsealing of his Aspect in the first place, and the Daemon that had planned out his entire life
Sunny was still slightly annoyed but it did not bother him that much, he knew he could work around it and how to do so.
