Fate and Crimson Ch3
Arc 1 Chapter 3
After a pretty long day of of disappointments Alex and the gang finally arrived at Albert's mansion which was surprisingly big and had many structures, stories, gardens and the built was almost like a castle for high ranking nobles or royalties, it's safe to say that it's the most attractive site in Markini so far... Matter of fact the best but not more grand and eye catching than the Ember clan's domain and that's the reason Sion and Alex took it as "just good" and that's it. It did get Albert down a little but he knew the Ember estate so... He recovered quickly and as they entered inside it was like stepping in your own magical realm, that's how clean, decorated and beautiful it was and it was hard to believe that a lazy bumb like Albert owned this place... Well actually the place had maids and a butler so it makes sense.
Alex and Sion: WHAT THE FUCK!!!
Alex: wow Sion it's rare for you to swear!
Sion: yeah I'm surprised too!
Albert: ok calm down it's just my house and precise where you guys come from it's bigger and better than this so—
Sion: well yeah it's just that we didn't expect this from you of all people
Albert: wow I'm offended and anyways let me show you your rooms and how to navigate this place.
And so Albert showed them around the house and their rooms which were pretty accurate on the things they liked and as they were enjoying their time it got dark quick and it was time for bed but Sion asked Albert a quick question.
Sion: and oh... Where's Lucia? I couldn't wait to meet her.
Albert: you'll see her tomorrow for now you guys should take a break and let it off a bit cuz tomorrow it's time for your training.
Alex: got it well good night y'all I can't wait for tomorrow
Sion: good night.
Albert: well good night and happy fapping.
Alex: man shut up!( annoyed)
And so Alex and Sion went to dreamland and Albert was in a deep conversation with his butler the whole night until tomorrow morning came and Mr sun rose up like any other day. It is finally training day as Alex and Sion were getting ready to descend down stairs...
Alex: well I can't wait to see what uncle Al will be teaching us.
Sion: yeah being trained by a former S rank will be knowledgeable I guess?
Alex: yeah and... — what!?
Alex and Sion's conversation was cut short as they felt a powerful and highly concentrated surge of aura entering the mansion grounds as in posing a threat and before they could get in to stance, the maids and butler got into position as in waiting for their master to make an entrance but Albert was no where to be seen and when the doors finally opened.
????? : MWAHAHAHA!!!
Alex: ok what's happening?
Sion: eyy I don't know either.
Lucia: I Lucia I'm finally back home Haha man it's been long like how is everyone doing?
Butler: we are well miss Lucia. How was your travel?
Lucia: well good anyways where's Albert? And who are those creepy guys(pointing at Alex and Sion who are frozen still)
Butler: that's mister Alex and Sion from the Ember clan of fire and they are Master Albert's guests. And it seems like they are frozen because of your aura.
Lucia: oh I see, sorry I got too excited again I'll suppress it.
As Lucia finished talking, the aura which was covering the whole mansion vanished and what was left was a clean atmosphere and Alex and Sion was dumbfounded for a second and they finally got back to their sense.
Sion: hey Alex...
Alex: I know... She's not to mess with and did I hear the butler say Lucia? As in that's Lucia?!
Sion: isn't she supposed to be somewhere near our age? And there's this much of a difference in our strength? What the heck!
Lucia: hey you two follow me at the training grounds c'mon.
Sion: wai—
Butler: I recommend you follow her, trust me you don't wanna test her patience.
Alex and Sion followed Lucia to the training grounds and when they got there, everything was set and prepared and a fired up Lucia was waiting for them at the grounds with no weapon in particular but the stance she was in said that she didn't need any.
Lucia: OK in this training you need to defeat me that's all.
Sion: wait haven't introduced yourself to us or know each other better and we are already in training?
Lucia: yeah what's the problem in that?
Sion: wait what?
Alex: uhh what he said.
Lucia: (sigh) fine my name is Lucia Rhodes and I'm Albert Rhodes adopted daughter and I already know your names so let's get this ON!!! go [aura charge]
Alex: damn she's coming [flame charge]
Lucia's aura charge clashed with Alex's battle tech flame charge and sadly Alex did not stand a chance against a battle of normal aura and battle tech and normally it would be the other way around but the difference in power between Lucia and Alex was too great but Sion quickly responded to this and tried to strike her with a [lightning punch] but she quickly evaded and put some distance but before she made another move Sion used [earth prison] to trap her in a cage made of hard rock
Lucia: I see I get it now, the guy in red is good at offense like Albert and the boy in white is a magic prodigy, I guess the one I should be careful of is the boy in white.
Alex: you can't just ignore me you know.
Lucia: then prove that you deserve my attention!
Before Alex could respond she broke the earth prison with her aura enhanced fists and charged straight at Sion but he dodges her assault while keeping his distance
Lucia: if you wanna run than you better do it on air cuz I rule the ground [earthquake LV3]
Sion got hit with a rock coming from underground and almost knocked him out but when he recovered he saw that Alex was losing his patience and activated a technique he shouldn't have
Sion: Alex wait f—
Alex: HAAA! [aura burst]
Aura burst a technique that instantly releases the mana inside your body in exchange for enhanced overall abilities, physical and magical attacks but it drains a lot of mana so it's only wise to use it as your last resort during a life and death battle, and Alex just used that same technique on Lucia and as Albert was watching from affar told himself
Albert: (sigh) that was a bad move Alex but it's to late cuz when you are fighting someone stronger than you. You should try to save your mana as much as possible.
As Alex was in his aura burst mode he had to take out Lucia quickly as possible so he short a dozen of fire balls at Lucia but they had no effect because Lucia was prepared for this before hand and activated the [ steel body] battle tech which turned her body into steel and highly effective against fire but she was still taking damage which was strange and odd
Lucia: impossible! Steel body was specially made to counter fire so how am I taking damage still and damn it's HOT! (struggling to handle the pain of fire)
Sion: don't tell me he can actually do it?!
Albert: (from affar) how is that possible! At this rate Lucia will get soo angry and she'll bury him but let me see this a bit longer.
Lucia: that's it! [ karate bash of hidden tiger]
Before Alex realized it, Lucia has closed the distance and he was buried in a rain of fists which totally knocked him out.
Sion: well I guess that's it for him poor Alex.
Lucia: dang I guess you were the dangerous one huh? Wai—
But before Lucia can take a breath, Alex had already woken up and there was two things different about him, he was totally white at the pupils and he was covered in strange tattoos which were like patterns all over his body and oh one more thing his aura just skyrocketed and Lucia and Sion were frozen in fear, and just when Alex looked like he was raising his fist... Albert was already between him and Lucia.
Albert: if you can still hear me then I say you should stop... Unless you want me to put some effort into stopping you?
Alex: uncle Al I'm... I don't kn... (he passed out)
Albert: I guess he's out (whew) well practice sparring ends here. Chapter ends.
