Lightning Style: Lightning Arrow Jutsu

Water Style: Water Spear Jutsu

Fire Style: Falling Embers

The next moment, dozens of jutsu fell on the struggling Itachi, but the expected defeat and death of Itachi didn't happen. Instead, Itachi was torn apart into pieces of water and then finally merged with the lake.

"No, it's a Water Clone!"

Just then, a few meters away from Hisen, Itachi appeared from below the water and rushed toward him.

"Nooo, stop!"

With that, all the nearby ninjas threw kunai and shuriken.

The shuriken and kunai pierced Itachi, but the next moment Itachi scattered into a murder of crows, which rushed toward Hisen, and finally Itachi once again took his original form and snatched the Hero's Water.

"Ahhh, you Konoha bastards, return the Hero's Water!"

Though they said this, they didn't attack immediately, as their Kage was still under Itachi's genjutsu and Itachi was nearby. Itachi, on the other hand, looked at the sky.

"It's still not enough."

Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation

The Jonin of Takigakure looked at the wall of fire rushing toward them with despair.

"Everyone, fight!"

With the command of their leader, all the ninjas collectively performed the same jutsu.

Water Style: Wild Water Wave

The water from the lake rushed toward the fire with a huge amount of force, as if the next moment it would destroy the world.

SHHHHHHHH

Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet

Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet

Fire Style : Great Fireball Jutsu

Water Style : Water Wall Jutsu

Water Style : Water Prison Technique

Fire Style : Fire Wall Jutsu

Itachi didn't wait for the mist to clear and started spamming Fire Style jutsu everywhere.

But this made the Takigakure ninjas miserable. Although they had the type advantage and even a favorable environment, Itachi was too strong.

His single jutsu required the combination of many ninjas to cancel, and they had to watch out for their own comrades, as they could also be injured by friendly fire.

Finally, a few minutes later, Itachi stood at the edge of the lake, stopping his rampage. In front of him, hundreds of ninjas from Jonin to Genin had gathered, and leading them was Hisen, who had finally escaped the genjutsu with the help of other ninjas.

The entire lake was steaming, and mist had covered the entire area, though visibility was still there. Numerous ninjas were floating on the lake, not even able to move, just praying for the disaster to end. Hisen and the other Jonin were also panting heavily, clearly having used too much chakra.

"Takikage, this is my last jutsu. Take it, and I will leave afterward."

Hearing this, many people sighed in relief. Finally, that demon would leave. They now didn't even care about the Hero's Water. They would care after they survived. They looked at the still-healthy Uchiha and wondered why God was so unfair.

Hearing no reply from Takikage, Itachi didn't care, and after a few seals, lightning covered his hands and then he lifted his hand upward pointing towards the sky.

"Is this the Copy Ninja Kakashi Hatake's jutsu, Chidori?"

Although it was still a few years before the original Naruto anime started, Kakashi was already famous throughout the ninja world, and his Chidori was naturally well known.

The next moment, the black clouds which had formed at some point in time started rotating in the sky with Itachi as the center. As they rotated, thunder filled the area.

BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM

After a few seconds, the lightning sounds started decreasing, and then the thunder in the clouds also stopped appearing. Now the area was under a canopy of dark clouds with a small hole in the center of it, and then a small white orb started falling slowly.

Seeing this, all the ninjas looked at it with wary and cautious expressions. Although they couldn't feel any trace of danger or even chakra in it, they could understand that all the previous phenomena wouldn't create a light ball for nothing. It must be that they were too weak to even feel the danger.

All the Takigakure ninjas gathered together in formation, ready to defend against whatever this jutsu was.

"Divine Tempest Yggdrasil"

The moment Itachi's voice fell, the white orb finally touched the ground. Then a blinding white light instantly flashed across the surrounding few kilometers. When the light finally disappeared, despair crept over everyone's faces.

"No, no, no, no, this can't be possible. A human can't do this.

Yes, yes, this is an illusion.

Genjutsu release!

Genjutsu release!!

Genjutsu release!!!

Dammit, why is this illusion so strong and difficult to break?"

"Is this the power of God?"

"Is this heaven's punishment?"

All the kunai, shuriken, and swords fell from the hands of the ninjas, and the civilians looked at the entity with reverence as if they had finally met the divine.

Above the lake, a tree made entirely of thunder and lightning suddenly appeared. At first glance, it might have seemed like nothing more than a large manifestation of chakra. But this was no ordinary construct.

The tree was immense. Its trunk alone rose over a thousand meters into the sky, with a width exceeding a hundred meters. The structure was formed completely from condensed lightning, its surface constantly shifting with arcs of white and blue energy.

From the base, roots—each stretching hundreds of meters—pierced through the surface of the lake and drove deep into the earth beneath it. The water around them churned and split as the roots anchored the massive structure in place.

High above, enormous branches extended outward, each hundreds of meters long. From these grew layers of smaller branches, spreading outward in a complex network.

Attached to the sub-branches were leaves formed of crackling lightning, each measuring between one and five meters in length.

Long, luminous vines hung down from the upper branches, swaying slowly through the air. They gave the tree an ancient presence—old in form, yet unmistakably divine in nature.

"Now, sinners… face your punishment."

Hearing Itachi's judgment, no one moved.

To them, they were already one step into death. It felt more meaningful to witness such a jutsu before the end. As for those who didn't want to die—they were frozen in terror.

BOOOOOOMMMMM—

The next moment, as if all the thunder in the entire world had exploded, an earth-shattering roar erupted. A blinding white light consumed everything.

They braced for annihilation.

But when their senses returned… the sky was clear.

The thunder tree was gone.

The lake was calm.

And everyone was alive.

Hisen sat on the water's surface, breathing heavily. In that final second, he had truly felt death approaching—a suffocating inevitability he hadn't experienced since becoming Takikage.

That powerlessness…

"Itachi Uchiha has left," Hisen said, forcing his voice steady. "Everyone, take the injured to the hospital. Secure the civilians in the emergency shelters. The village is now under full emergency protocol. No ninja is permitted to leave."

"Yes, Takikage-sama!"

The shinobi of Takigakure sprang back into motion.

No one questioned why they were spared. Perhaps the Thunder Tree had been a genjutsu. Perhaps Itachi Uchiha had shown mercy.

Whatever the truth was, they were alive.

And in a world shaped by Frequent Wars, survival itself was reason enough not to question fate.

Below the Sacred Tree

"Is that your… companion?"

A massive, deep voice rumbled through the cavernous space beneath the tree.

Kakuzu, staring at the place where the lightning tree had vanished moments ago, nodded slowly.

"He is my current boss."

Kakuzu looked at the massive Tailed Beast before him with a cautious expression.

Although Itachi had briefed him about Seven tails and even mentioned its carefree nature, he could not ignore the overwhelming amount of chakra radiating from it.

Just then, Itachi arrived at the location. Before invading Takigakure, they had divided their tasks—securing the Hero's Water was Itachi's responsibility, while locating the Seven-Tails was Kakuzu's.

After finding Seven tails, Kakuzu relayed it's location to Itachi, allowing him to arrive swiftly.

"Seven Tails, my name is Itachi Uchiha of the Uchiha Clan.

Nice to meet you."

At the mention of "Uchiha," a faint emotion flickered in Nanabi's eyes, though it ultimately remained indifferent.

It had never been controlled by the Sharingan or used as a puppet. In the past, it had been restrained by Wood Release, so it held no particular hostility toward the Sharingan.

" Why did you come here ? Do you want to seal me or control me like Uchiha Madara ? "

" No, I just want to make a deal with you. "
