"That won't trouble Clan Chief Uchiha," Shimura Hiroshi said through gritted teeth.
Having said that, Uchiha Touhuan led the three Shimura clan elders he had just captured back the way they came.
The three captured Shimura clan members were all high-ranking members of the clan; otherwise, they wouldn't have been responsible for liaising with Danzo. "Sure, cornflowers are fine for mourning my clansmen, right? I'll get you some fresh ones from the refrigerator," Yamanaka Ino said, running over.
"Thank you for your help," Uchiha Touhuan nodded with a smile.
Just then, a tall man slowly walked out from inside the flower shop.
"Ino, you go back first. I'll take care of this customer," Yamanaka Inoichi said as he came out.
"Eh?" Ino looked up at Uchiha Touhuan, then back at her father, before reluctantly putting down what she was carrying and heading upstairs.
"Clan head Uchiha, coming to our little flower shop so late just to buy a few bouquets?" Yamanaka Inoichi asked Uchiha Touhuan after Ino went upstairs.
"Of course. You know, those Sharingan we retrieved from Danzo last night... although it's difficult for the clan to find out which fallen members they belonged to, we still need to hold a proper funeral for them," Uchiha Touhuan said.
"My condolences." Yamanaka Inoichi took a few bouquets of cornflowers from the refrigerator, carefully wrapped them, and handed them to Uchiha Touhuan. "These flowers are the Yamanaka clan's way of paying tribute to the spirits of the Uchiha."
"Well then, thank you for your generosity, Clan Chief Yamanaka." Uchiha Touhuan accepted the flowers, nodding with a smile.
"Was that little girl just now the daughter of Clan Chief Yamanaka? She's so cute." Uchiha Touhuan lowered his head and gently sniffed the flowers in his hand before speaking slowly, "She seems to be in the same class as Elder Fugaku's second son. I heard the little girl is quite fond of our second son."
Yamanaka Ino's eyes narrowed slightly, but he still said without changing his expression, "It's just children playing around."
