Chapter 1 - Planet Vegeta

1)

In the year 703, on Planet Vegeta, two children were born from the same mother: Bardock and Vaske.

Bardock was born with a power level of 94, which classified him as a low‑class Saiyan.

Vaske was born with a power level of 762 and was immediately classified as an elite‑class Saiyan.

Even though they were born from the same mother, shared the same DNA, and were born on the same day, their lives began to differ from the very first second.

Vaske was transported to the elite facility for Saiyan infants, where he received the best caretakers from different races and everything needed to leave the pod as strong as possible.

Bardock, on the other hand, was taken care of by Saiyans, with a few aliens whose job was mostly to monitor machines.

When King Vegeta II heard about the twins, he was not impressed by Bardock at all. But he was pleased with Vaske, believing he would become a fine soldier for his son, Prince Vegeta III, who himself was born with a power level of 830, and was 5 years older than Bardock and Vaske

The twins' mother did not survive childbirth.

Their father died later in battle on Planet Balama.

Soon, three years passed.

Large amounts of information were inserted directly into the minds of both Vaske and Bardock, though infants could only absorb around 40% of it. Vaske, however, became conscious at the age of two.

When he opened his eyes inside the pod, confusion hit him immediately.

Then a thought followed.

The only world I can think of that matches this is Dragon Ball.

So this is reincarnation, just like in the stories I read.

Thank God I was reborn in Dragon Ball. It's probably the only world whose lore I know deeply.

But first, I need information.

Later, I noticed my tail, and I was already 90% sure. My suspicion was confirmed when an alien entered and said:

"This Saiyan is really strong. He's already at a power level of 1494."

I was surprised by that number and thought, Could that be me?

They moved closer to my pod, started attaching devices, checking readings, then left.

That confirmed it. They were talking about me.

I started thinking about what to do and how I should deal with Frieza, but sleep came quickly.

After some time, I began hearing a language inside my head — one I had never heard before, yet somehow understood perfectly. It seemed the pods really did wonders.

About an hour passed before the voices stopped and everything returned to silence.

That silence made me think about my past life.

Hatred and rage resurfaced.

I promised myself I would trust only my own strength and never rely on anyone permanently.

Then another thought crossed my mind.

What if I have a system?

"System, are you there?" I screamed internally.

Nothing happened.

I imagined a blue screen.

Still nothing.

So I stopped and considered other possibilities. No special powers. Nothing different.

I'm probably just a normal Saiyan.

Well… not exactly normal. Elite strength matters at the start, but after that, only strength and ki control matter.

Yes. That's it.

I can train ki control while I'm inside the pod. It will help with boredom and make me more proficient with my power.

First, I tried to sense my ki. It shouldn't be hard. I have a massive amount of it.

I closed my eyes.

Nothing happened.

Then voices returned again. I had no idea how much time passed while I was meditating. I listened to the lecture, then fell asleep. Meditation didn't rest me properly — probably because I was doing it wrong, and because I was stuck inside a pod.

Soon, six months passed.

I learned that it was now the year 706 on Planet Vegeta. If I remembered correctly, destruction would happen in 737.

I also learned I had no family left except my twin brother. He was a low‑class Saiyan and would be sent to conquer some planet.

If he survived, I would form a bond with him.

I wouldn't force it. And if he angered me, I wouldn't hesitate to end him either.

Ki control was much harder than I thought. I couldn't move it without putting my entire focus into it. Maybe it was because I started at a much higher level than others who learned it first.

The first month, I sensed my ki.

The next two months were spent trying to move it — and succeeding.

The last three months were spent trying to suppress my power level.

I especially enjoyed messing with aliens when they came to check the machines. Even when I lowered my power by just three points, their radars detected it instantly and they panicked.

I never suppressed too much around them. I was afraid I'd be discarded before I could do anything. So I kept it minimal, just enough to relieve boredom.

After all, I'm still human inside the body of a child who can't move anything except his eyes. I can't even control my ki the way I want.

When I suppressed my power as much as possible, it seemed only 10% of it disappeared. That put my suppressed level around 1800, meaning my true level was close to 2000.

That skill would save me in many situations.

Six months later, my pod opened. The liquid drained away, and I finally stepped onto solid ground.

It felt emotional.

Two middle‑class Saiyans approached me, both in uniform. One had a receding hairline, the other slicked‑back hair. They introduced themselves as Burla and Sakor.

While explaining basic information, they scanned me with a scouter, and i didnt try to suppress it.

2260.

They asked if I wanted to see my brother, who would be leaving the planet in three days.

I agreed and asked for his name.

The one with the receding hairline said,

"Bardock."

I froze.

They looked at me and said move kid — they don't have all day.

I told them I would not meet him.

I was afraid that seeing me might change the way he handled his mission and lead to his death. I would meet him after he completed it.

They nodded and agreed.

Next, they said I would meet the king.

Since I couldn't fly yet, we walked.

We arrived at the grand castle, built between mountain walls, entirely covered in white stone that looked.

As we passed the guards and entered, I saw a massive villa inside.

Bad memories flooded back.

My rage ignited again, but I didn't let it show.

I needed to be remembered as a smart Saiyan, recognized by the king.

Saiyan kings aren't stupid. They make reckless decisions, yes, but they rule the most battle‑hungry maniacs in the universe.

And when you are surrounded by idiots even you become to sometimes look like one.

They lacked information about enemies like Frieza or Beerus and had no way to obtain it. Kings didnt have options expect to rebel but without enough strenght u would get crushed.

Some like to bring super soldier Broly — Super Broly was kind‑hearted. But what if Saiyan influence had shaped someone like Z Broly instead?

If such a Saiyan reached 20,000 battle power and went Great Ape on Planet Vegeta, there would be no survivors.

Not even Broly.
