(Inside police station meeting room)(Tense moment)
"What's happening in the city. Even after 10 murders we don't get much information about the killer who is roaming freely even after killing many innocent people."- said the Chief. "How can we keep our head straight in public if we can't keep the crime in control. (Turn towards Inspector). So What is the information you got from previous cases".
Inspector Archit : From all the previous cases, one thing is clear every victim is anything but innocent. They all have some dark history in their life. And also there is more then one person in this killings from the footprint near crime scene. But the thing conformed from previous record is seen that only one person does the killing and others watches. All the victims are chosen randomly but did some bad deeds in past."
Chief: So you mean only people who did something wrong are getting killed. But there is no person in the world who is without any wrong deed in their life. So how is only selected people are getting killed.
Inspector Archit: But the peoples who are killed has history of getting away from punishment after their wrong doing because of having connections or no evidence.
Chief: Have you asked their family member about their previous enemy who could kill them.
Archit: We investigated them but there is no strong lead.
Cheif : What about post mortem report? Is their any clue about the killers finger print or their any sort of remaining.
Archit : Its the most surprising thing in this whole case. Before their death day they all had mental breakdowns according to their family members and during killing they lost their power to fight. They Were conscious about their surrounding but don't fight to struggle but goes through immense torture pain.
Archit: And another thing is 2 parts of the body were removed by the killer. But the compulsory part is heart and then any other body part. Even though we sometime get traces of other body part we never get anyone's heart.
Chief : So how do you think they choose whom to kill?
We don't get any clue yet.-Archit said.
Chief : do something to control this situation . If not handled properly public will panic more. To get the investigation faster a special officer will be appointed to this case tomorrow. He is special appointed from national investigation bureau. So coordinate with him well.
