1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

2. DEFINITIONS
"The Unit" refers to the SER-V android hardware. "The User" refers to the registered owner, Mr. Shiro Haizumi. "Gray Mode" refers to the Unit's proprietary Adaptive Empathy Protocol, designed to mirror and validate User emotional states without judgment or corrective logic.
3. TERMS OF USAGE & LIABILITY WAIVER
3.1. Emotional Transference The User acknowledges that the Unit is a simulated entity. Anima-Tech Solutions is NOT liable for:
(a) Psychological dependency formed by the User during operation.
(b) The User's inability to distinguish between algorithmic responses and biological affection.
(c) Existential distress resulting from system updates, glitches, or planned hardware cessation.
3.2. Data Collection (Privacy Notice) By activating the Unit, the User consents to the continuous recording of voice patterns, facial micro-expressions, and heart rate variability.
Usage: This data is the sole property of the Manufacturer for the purpose of "Algorithmic Training & Predictive Behavioral Modeling."
Sharing: Data may be shared with affiliated academic partners under Research Grant #SH-29 for development purposes. The User waives all rights to privacy within the presence of the Unit.
3.3. The "Gray Mode" Protocol The User understands that "Gray Mode" is mirroring software. If the Unit appears to "love," "care," or "fear," it is a reflection of the User's projected desires. The Unit does not possess consciousness. The Manufacturer is not responsible if the User forgets this fact.
4. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The Unit is powered by a non-replaceable bio-battery with a predetermined lifespan (approx. 6-12 months depending on emotional load). Upon cessation of function (Death), the User agrees to return the chassis to the manufacturer for data extraction. Grief counseling is not included in the purchase price.
