Night slowly spread across the city.
Lights turned on one by one vehicles flowed along the streets.
But some nights,
even the ordinary sounds of the city
feel like a warning.Anie stood near the window,wind lifted the curtain slightly.
She looked down.
People along the road laughter from a café.few people waiting at a bus stop.
Life looked normal but she knew that beneath this normal life a hunt was taking place.
Hunters.....
That word was now clear in her mind.
She didn't fully know who they were.
But she knew what they were doing.
They were hunting her.....
Yet tonight
there was another question inside her mind.
"Where is he?",,
In another part of the city,
inside the Hunters' command room.
Screens glowed across the walls.
Data,Maps,Signal logs.One officer spoke.
"The target is still inside the residential sector."
"Any interference?"another asked,technician shook his head.
"Not since last night."
slight sense of relief spread through the room.But a senior officer sitting at the far end of the table said nothing.
his eyes remained on the screen,,
"Too quiet." he said slowly others looked at him.
"Sir?"
"Whenever it becomes quiet… something bigger is about to happen."
he zoomed in on the screen.
Location: Anie — Residential Block
he gave an order.
"Deploy an observation team."
At the same time,
Anie stepped out of her house Mira had called earlier.
"Want to go to the library again?"
Staying inside the house made her feel more uneasy.road at night was calm
streetlights stretched long shadows.As she walked,that strange discomfort returned.Someone was behind her she turned slightly.
Two men,they looked like ordinary people.But their eyes were constantly scanning the surroundings.
Anie recognized them instantly,,,
Hunters...
She did not change her pace do not show fear.Fear is their advantage she kept walking forward.
Ten minutes later,the road became empty.small park nearby lights there were dim.
She stopped....,
Hunters approached,one of them spoke.
"Anie." his voice was cold.
"Come with us."
she gave a faint smile...
"You followed me this long
just to say that?"
He didn't react.,,
"Resistance is unnecessary."
She asked,
"Why?",,
"You are classified as a risk."second hunter answered.
nodded slowly,"That's not new."
But inside her chest her heart was beating hard.she knew something clearly there was no easy way
to escape from here.
Hunter stepped forward...
"Last warning."
Anie said nothing.
at that moment,the wind suddenly grew stronger.park light flickered once both Hunters turned around at the same time.
Because they heard something footsteps.
Calm, measured man walked out from the shadows.
His hands were inside his jacket pockets.wind brushed through his hair.
hunters immediately spoke.
"Identify yourself."
man said nothing he looked at Anie.for a moment.something flashed in her eyes.recognition she whispered slowly,
"You…"
Hunters grew tense...
"Step back."
But the man didn't move he looked at the Hunters.There was no fear in his eyes no anger either.But a clear message.
"Stop here."
Hunters immediately raised their weapons.
"Unknown individual. Do not interfere."
man gave a small smile then he spoke.
"Interfere?"voice was calm.
"You've chosen the wrong person."
Hunters moved forward together.
But the next moment
they didn't understand what happened.
was no longer there he was behind them.One movement,One strike,One Hunter collapsed to the ground.
second tried to react But his arm was already locked.a short impact silence
both hunters lay motionless on the ground.the entire fight lasted three seconds.
Anie stared in shock she slowly asked,
"Who are you?"
man turned.Looked directly into her eyes.For a moment....
"Elijah."!!!!

settled quietly in the wind,Anie remained silent for a second then she repeated it softly.
"Elijah…"
"You've gotten yourself into trouble again."
"Where were you?"she asked,
Instead, he looked at the Hunters.
"They're just the beginning."
"Who are they?"she asked..
"You don't need to know that yet."
She laughed faintly...,
"They're trying to kill me."
"I know."
He looked at her directly,
"That's why I came back."
At the same time
inside the Hunters' command center.
a technician shouted.
"Field team lost signal!"
screen flickered.
Location: Park Sector
officer stood up immediately.
"Replay the feed!"
But the video showed only static.One brief frame human silhouette.Then the signal cut silence filled the room.
officer spoke slowly.
"It's him…"
"Who?"...another officer asked,
"Elijah."
Inside the park,
Anie was still watching him,
"What happens now?"
Elijah looked up at the sky city lights reflected in his eyes.
"Now…
they will come stronger."
"Then what?" he looked back at her.
"Then you learn."
"Learn what?"
"How to survive." he answered,
In the distance
sirens could already be heard.
Hunters were coming he started to move forward.Without turning back he said,
"We don't have much time anymore."
she followed him because now she understood something clearly.
this hunt was no longer only about her.
It was the beginning of a war.
