Andy fell asleep while eating, the memories of the day fueling his nightmares.
They kept repeating in his mind on loop, the laughter , the humiliation, everything at once.
It all ended with Chad's smug face looking into his eyes, that cold calculating stare. "Kill yourself Martinez!!"
Andy woke up immediately, choking on the food still in his mouth.
The plate fell from the bed to the floor, shattering into little useless pieces just like him. He gasped once or twice, trying to breathe.
"Shit.. ah... note to self, never fall asleep while eating." He made a mental note, always does when he is defeated.
He bent down to pick the pieces one by one, placing them on the drawer beside his bed.
He looked up and saw the screen, still there, still waiting for him to complete his quest. He sighed deeply, bringing it down.
It glowed a faint red, as if offended. "This thing really won't go away will it?" He asked himself.
He went back to his bed, grabbing his phone to check the time. "2am, almost late." He said as a notification appeared.
It was from the school social media page, he was trending but not in the nice way, the main topic was #tingdick....
He turned it off and put on some clothes, a black shirt and some shorts, he picked up the broken plate and headed to the kitchen.
He found his mother asleep by the dining table, she was calculating finances for the month.
She looked tired, she always was, Dad made sure of that. Andy passed by dropping the plate into the trash and washing his hands.
He reached into one of the drawers to grab a blanket, covering her up. She shifted slightly, muttering something in her sleep.
"Andy..... don't get into trouble... be...be a good kid..." she muttered peacefully.
Andy kissed her forehead and left the house, the night was cold and clear, the stars were visible and some of the planets.
"Nice night... i guess.." he said walking down the street. The system kept flashing him, turning a deeper shade of red.

Andy swatted it away, too busy with his own problems to care, he walked until he reached the town.
Quiet, dirty, and definitely dangerous at that hour especially for someone like him.
He reached a local bar known for having some shady individuals. A few were seated outside having a few drinks and a smoke.
He wanted a beer, something to prepare him for school or hell in a few hours.
But he forgot his ID, "wonderful". He kept walking, hands in his pockets to keep them warm.
[Quest Incomplete!!] The system flashed dark red in front of him. He was tired of it, tired of everything that was going on with his life.
He didn't choose to be born like this. "Seriously, will this thing ever leave?" He asked himself.
Then it appeared again, blackened with pure white text that dripped down.
[PUNISHMENT LOADING, PLEASE WAIT!!]
"Punishment??" He asked himself before tripping on his own two feet.
He landed hard on the bikes parked outside the bar, they all fell in unison, hitting the ground with a loud *CRASH!!*
Andy got up and started panicking, he pulled them all back up, making sure no one saw him.
"Okay, this should be fine, nothing's damaged... I hope." He whispered to him, feeling some relief.
Then he felt a cold leathered hand grab his shoulder, the grip hard and unforgiving. He turned slowly only to be met with a bottle to the face.
He stumbled back, hands on his nose as blood dripped down. He looked up and saw a huge man standing before him.
Head shaved, tattoos for days complete with a well trimmed beard. He slowly took his sunglasses, his glare like knives.
"Kid, you just toppled our motorcycles. So we're gonna kill you." He said calmly, looking into his eyes.
Andy tried to explain himself, but received a punch to the gut, taking the wind out of him. He doubled down into the ground, gasping for air.
The man snapped his fingers, signaling the others to arrive. Andy felt fear, not the one he always felt, but this one was Death.
Andy got up and started running, his heart beating in his ears. "Oh shit, oh shit... this can't be happening!
The bikers revved their engines and started chasing, they chased him slowly, like a wolf hunting a rabbit.
The system flashed beside him, screen black and cracking.

Andy felt his heart sink to his stomach, he couldn't believe that this was happening to him.
"You gotta be kidding me!!!!!" He screamed loudly, lungs on fire and out of breath. He heard a shot from behind and felt a sharp pain in his arm.
He just got shot, he entered an alleyway,
jumping over the fence like a cornered cat.
He rested only for a few moments before another shot fired, hitting his shoulder.
He screamed and cursed, and started running again. They chased him all over the city, not letting him rest for a second.
Andy eventually collapsed at suburban home, out of energy and completely helpless. He was shot multiple times in his arms and legs.
The bikers turned off their engines and approached him, they circled him, punching and stomping on him relentlessly.
He couldn't scream any more, even if he wanted to. The leader snapped his fingers and the men stopped.
He grabbed him by the throat, "Game Over kid." He told him, placing the gun in his mouth.
Blooded and beaten, Andy's life flashed before him, all the memories of humiliation, his mom, everything flashed before him.
"Im sorry..." that was the only thing he could say, as he closed his eyes and waited, tears falling down his cheek.
Then it happened..[Quest Complete...,]
Just like that the bikers paused, as if not knowing what's going on. The leader dropped him and rubbed his head.
He signaled the others to follow him, they left, tires burning on the street. The morning sun slowly rose to reveal Andy's broken state.
The owner of the house, an old lady came out and saw him, she rushed over and knelt down, calling the authorities.
"Kid speak to me. Yes he's still alive, please come quickly." The old woman said.
Andy's world faded to black as he heard the ambulance arrive.
