Caspian's POV
It's been two weeks since my beta, gamma, delta and I discussed about the atrocities the alpha of the red mist pack has been committing and we are on our way to the red mist pack and my gamma and delta are with me in the car, while my warriors are in the other cars behind us.
We left so early in the morning because it was going to be a long journey and I didn't take much warriors with me because I didn't want that alpha to suspect we are on to him, so I decided to take some of my best and most trusted warriors. As we were driving I asked my gamma if we're almost at the airport and he replied
"We still have about 30 minutes before we reach Your Majesty."
The red mist pack is located at the north which is surrounded by mountains and rivers. While the Royal Palace is located at the south, largest city with iconic landmarks diverse neighborhoods, and cultural attractions. The flight from the south to the north is around 5 to 6 hours.
As I was thinking about when we will be arriving at the red mist pack, because we left very early in the morning before the sunrise, Abel's voice brought me out of my thoughts.
"Your Majesty we have arrived", and when I sat up and looked around the window, indeed we were at the airport.
The warriors who were in the other cars behind us came down and opened the door to my SUV and as I stepped down all eyes were on me, I saw the females using their eyes to undress me, and some just stood in awe, they were also many reporters taking photos of me as i was walking, and the flashlight of the camera was directed at my face, but i didn't flinch. While those who were humans were not really affected by my aura, it wasn't the same for other werewolves who were present at the airport because the moment they felt my aura they bent their neck in submission, but because of how everyone were so focused on me, the humans there didn't really notice that some were bowing their heads, this isn't the first time this has happened, I know I'm very handsome, most magazines use my photos, who wouldn't want to use that as an opportunity to brag about the most wealthy multi-billionaire in canada and not just Canada but other countries as well, my biggest company which is also my main headquarters here in canada is the "Kensington LLC(Limited Liability Company)."
And the fact I'm the CEO, is enough for people to throw themselves at me.
As we got into the airport my gamma led the way to our private jet, we boarded the jet immediately and it took off. While in the jet Abel and Nolan started speaking.
"I wonder how alpha John is going to react when he sees us, Nolan says."
"Hmm, I'm sure he's going to get the biggest surprise of his life because this will be the first time his Majesty would be visiting his pack, but too bad for him he wouldn't get to celebrate much because he doesn't know what's coming for him, his happiness wouldn't last long" Abel said.
"In the information the spies sent us, it shows alpha John has many mistresses and has been cheating on his mate which made her go into depression, even tho he knew the pain his affairs would cause her because of the mate bond, he still went ahead and cheated on her, even while she was pregnant, not once or twice but countless times, and the fact that he has kids with his other mistresses, I can't imagine the pain his mate and son Alfred are going through, seeing that their husband and father doesn't care about them, and if it wasn't for the fact that his son Alfred would be 18 and get his wolf, I'm sure he wouldn't care about the son he abandoned, and also his other kids are just like him, the only person who is capable of the alpha position is his first son alfred", as I said I could feel my beasts trying to take control and before I knew it I let out a low but murderous growl.
"Cas, are you really going to make alfred the new alpha of the pack?
"Are you planning to give the postion to his first son Alfred, since he's the only responsible one out of all his siblings I think it might be better to give him the alpha title, but from the information the spies sent us it said alpha John never gave his first son alpha training but his other sons were given alpha training from a young age", Nolan asked while taking a sip of his wine, making me smirk.
So he had been cheating since he got mated to his Luna and he has other sons who are almost same age with Alfred his first son, but he's months older than them
"Hmm let's see, do you really think I'm going to give the alpha title to those who don't deserve it, they may have received alpha training, but that doesn't mean they actually know what it is to be an alpha."
I stood up after speaking and headed to the bedroom to take a rest because I really needed it badly, I haven't really been myself for the past two weeks, ever since the mention of that slave who they claim was a human, my Lycan haven't really been staying calm, he has been prancing around my mind, and I feel like there's something more to all this but I don't want to jump into conclusions and give false hope.
As I was thinking, my eyelids started getting heavier and the next thing I knew I slowing began closing my eyes and then I fell asleep.
I was awoken by the sounds of knocking on the door and I knew who it was, I lazily sat up on the bed and told Nolan to come in, after he came in I asked him what it was and he said we will be landing in 30 minutes, and I looked at the time and saw that I slept for 4 hours straight and the time was 10:30 am, since we have been in the jet for 5 hours now, and we'll be reaching our destination in 30 minutes time.
At least I was thankful they let me sleep without disturbing because I really would have been angry if they disturbed my sleep. I headed to the bathroom and washed my face because I was still feeling sleepy and when I came out Nolan wasn't there anymore, so I headed to where we sat before I went inside the bedroom to sleep and I saw Nolan and Abel eating, and when they felt my presence they turned their head to my direction and asked if I was feeling good now and I nodded, and I waved at the stewardess and when she reached my sit she asked.
"How may I help you, Your Majesty?"
"Can you get me some beef Jerky, energy bars and fresh fruits?"
She responds with a smile and says. "Absolutely, I'd be happy to provide those for you! We have a selection of beef jerky, energy bars, and fresh fruits available. May I offer you a specific type of jerky or energy bar? And would you prefer a particular type of fruit, such as apples, grapes, or berries?"
"Can I have your signature beef jerky, a cliff bar, and a fresh fruit platter. And I would like you to bring them over for me now" I replied.
"Would you like a drink to go with that?
We have soda, juice, water, and tea,"she asks
"Just water" I replied.
"I'll bring them right over Your Majesty" she replied.
After about 5 minutes she returns and presents the items with a smile and says
"Here you go, Enjoy your breakfast, And here's a napkin and some utensils, just in case."
"Thanks I appreciate" I replied. "You're welcome your Majesty " then she bows and takes her leave.
About 20 minutes later we are all done eating and the pilot says
"Good morning ladies and gentlemen. We're beginning our descent soon. Please make sure your seat belts are securely fastened. We'll be landing shortly. Thank you."
While relaxing and admiring the view, my thought wanders to my mate and I can't help but wish she was here with me, it's been 12 years now, but I still haven't met my mate, I won't deny the fact that I miss my mate, I feel lonely, all my friends and younger siblings have met their mates and they have kids, but I still haven't met my mate.
Sometimes I think maybe my mate doesn't want me anymore and chose someone else because I took too long to find her, but I pray that's not the case because I never want a chosen mate, I want to experience what others experience with their goddess fated mate, I want to feel the spark, the electricity that shoots up my body the moment our fingers graze, the happiness of just being beside my mate, missing her when it hasn't been an hour since we were in bed making love to each other, I want to hold her in my arms, kiss her good night, and be the first person she sees when she wakes up in the morning, have beautiful pups together who will run around the house and call us dad and mom, beautiful and adorable kids who will have both our traits, Moon goddess selene please let me meet my mate soon, cause I'm beginning to loose hope of finding her, what if she choose someone else because I didn't find her on time.
I know I said even if it takes centuries I'll wait, and no matter what I'm going to wait, but I want to show her how much she means to me, how much I already love her even if we haven't met yet, how far I'm going to go just for her, I need and want her by my side for all eternity to rule our kingdom together as king of lycans and queen of lycans and werewolves, I want to give her all her heart desires and tell her she's the only one for me, prove to her that I can't live without her, tour around the world together, enjoy many delicacies, wear matching outfits together and bathing together. As I'm lost In my thoughts, my gamma tells me the jet has landed.
After the jet lands ,the warriors starts preparing for our arrival by gathering our belongings and checking our devices and I decided to remove any thought about any mate for now.
