"Riser, not that I'm one to lecture, but even if the family doesn't care how many wives or lovers you have, can't you at least restrain your playboy antics in front of your fiancée, Rias Gremory? Look at the trouble you've caused."
A middle-aged man with long golden hair, standing a few meters away, shook his head helplessly.
"What trouble? Uncle, you're exaggerating."
Riser, with a woman draped over each arm, ignored him entirely. His face showed no apology, no remorse.
"Just a human with a bit of strength. Even I could have handled him alone with prep. I had you and my brother's peerage help just in case. I can't know if that insidious human has other tricks."
"That's right. If he had ambushed us, I could have dealt with him without Riser-sama lifting a finger." Isabella, half-reclined in Riser's embrace, said coyly.

"Sirzechs, since he's your sister's helper... do you know the race of that human's servant? It actually breached my alternate dimension."

"Why isn't there any sound? Did the shot miss? Am I that unlucky?"
Hiro, following the beam that blasted through the building, muttered to himself. No human figures were visible. Originally, even if the light cannon didn't kill Riser directly, it should have eliminated one or two of his peerage.
The rest would have been Koneko and Kiba Yuuto's practice, testing the results of the ten-day training camp. Afterwards, he would handle Riser himself.
