Li Chuan pulled out a pre-prepared smoke bomb and smashed it on the ground. Once the smoke enveloped him, he formed hand seals again and unleashed the C-rank Ninjutsu, Phoenix Fire Technique.
Numerous fireballs, each the size of a fruit, continuously spewed from his mouth, piercing through the thick smoke and shooting towards the two approaching helicopters in the sky.
The Phoenix Fire Technique isn't as powerful as the Great Fireball, and its destructive force is relatively low, but it excels in quantity and wide area of effect.
"What's going on? Where did the fire come from?!"
Seeing Li Chuan throw the smoke bomb, the soldiers in the two helicopters thought they were trying to escape under the cover of smoke, so they quickly lowered their helicopters and moved closer.
Little did they know that what awaited them were countless small fireballs.
The fireballs struck inside the helicopters, instantly igniting flames within them. Alarms blared, and the pilots had no choice but to quickly land their helicopters on the street, fleeing from inside as if their lives depended on it.

When General Ross and Bronski led their men to the Fifth District, all that remained were the wreckage of two helicopters and a few burned soldiers.

General Ross released the soldier, turned, and ordered Bronski:

Back in the car, Li Chuan took off his mask, first instructed Xiao Liu, then turned to Banner and Betty, who were sitting in the back, and extended his hand, introducing himself amicably:

Banner asked curiously.
Li Chuan smiled and shrugged:
"Because they found you a kilometer away, so there was no need to guard here."
It turned out that after Li Chuan's Shadow Clone left, he immediately used the Transformation Technique to transform into Banner's appearance, wandered around under a certain surveillance camera a kilometer away, attracting all the surrounding soldiers.
Banner didn't quite understand Li Chuan's meaning. He was in the car, so how could he be a kilometer away? But he didn't press further.
Being able to escape the encirclement without transforming into the Hulk was already the best outcome.
Due to the Shadow Clone's diversion, Li Chuan and his group successfully reached the airport and flew back to New York on his private plane.
