"Married?" Hugo Grant frowned, thinking he'd misheard. "Didn't you say you'd never get married?"
"That was before." Damian Hawthorne glanced at the woman beside him, his voice gentle. "Now, I can."
Hugo Grant's thoughts turned to Cecilia Nathan's identity.
"Damian, are you sure the woman in front of you is May Rhodes?"
After so many false leads, Hugo Grant felt that the real May Rhodes wouldn't be found so easily.
First, there was Serena Hughes, and now this May Rhodes. If she was so easy to find, why were there no leads before, no matter how hard they looked?
"What, you don't believe it?" Damian Hawthorne's gaze sharpened. "Unlike Serena Hughes, everything about Luna checks out with the past. If she isn't her, then no one is."
Seeing how gentle he was with May Rhodes, Hugo Grant let out a long sigh. "Alright, then. There are some things I won't tell you. I wish you happiness."
