Chapter 4 - CHAPTER 4,The Rise of Hidden Societies

Hi everyone,

After 2 to 3 years…

The world did not collapse in a single moment.

It fractured slowly—through fear, through hunger, through power that humanity was never meant to wield.

For centuries, animals lived beneath humans. They were hunted for sport, enslaved for labor, experimented upon in secret facilities, erased from history as if their suffering carried no meaning. They learned silence. They learned endurance. And they learned hate.

When demonic and heavenly energies began to leak into the human realm, those ancient wounds reopened.

Something awakened.

Within certain creatures, dormant forces stirred—memories carried in blood older than civilization itself. Their bodies evolved. Their minds expanded. They became beasts—intelligent, powerful, and no longer willing to bow.

They fed upon the energies sleeping inside them. With every surge of power, centuries of pain resurfaced. Some questioned their place in the world.

Should humans still rule?

Should the chains simply change hands?

But beneath the excuse of revenge lay their true desire.

Dominion.

Thus was formed the Beast Alliance—a coalition bound not by justice, but by ambition. Their attacks were swift and merciless. Cities burned. Villages vanished without a trace. Humanity stood on the edge of extinction.

Forced into desperation, humans unearthed ancient knowledge—rare gemstones capable of channeling both divine and demonic energy. These relics were forged into armor and weapons and distributed freely. Survival was no longer a right. It became a responsibility.

From this chaos emerged the Hero Academy.

Those who awakened supernatural abilities were given a single title—Hero. They were trained not only to fight beasts, but to become symbols of hope. Yet not all humans chose that path. Some merged willingly with demonic forces, abandoning their humanity to gain power.

The war fractured into ideologies.

Hidden alliances surfaced.

The Mysteries of the Heavenly Gods—individuals who communicated directly with gods—knew a truth they dared not speak aloud.

Their power existed for one purpose only.

To erase me.

The Demonic Alliance sought the same outcome.

And then there was the most dangerous faction of all—the Abandoned God and Demon Alliance, formed of humans, beasts, and demons forsaken by their deities. Their abandoned gods believed that with my power, the world could be destroyed and reborn under their rule.

They searched for me endlessly.

But no god could reveal my face.

My power itself rejected divine sight. Still, they knew one thing—if I ever used my true strength, they would find me.

As superhumans rose across the globe, ordinary people suffered. Prices soared. Food became luxury. Medicine turned into treasure. Survival itself became unbearable.

So I chose the academy.

Not for glory.

Not for power.

For my family.

I did not walk alone.

I had two brothers.

Raunak Daharwal—the eldest—carried fire in his veins. Agni answered him like a loyal servant—fierce, controlled, protective. Despite his overwhelming strength, his first instinct was always to shield others.

Prince Daharwal—my cousin—commanded lightning. Thunder followed his laughter. He was quick, sharp, endlessly confident… but when danger appeared, his smile vanished, replaced by lethal focus.

They believed I was weak.

They worried over me. Protected me. Argued over who would stand in front first.

Their concern was real.

Their love—unquestionable.

And I let them believe the lie.

Because if they ever understood what slept inside me…

They would never smile the same way again.

I carried memories of another life.

In that life, I was feared.

Not because I sought fear—

But because I became inevitable.

After losing everything, I changed.

I became calm.

Silent.

Detached.

Dangerous—not in rage, but in control.

My friends died protecting me. One by one, they stood between me and death, refusing to step back. Their sacrifices carved something permanent into my soul.

After that… I stopped hesitating.

I destroyed those who came for me—not out of hatred, but necessity.

The world gave me a name.

Demon King.

But the world never understood…

It created me.

My brothers never left me.

When enemies appeared—they fought first.

When danger rose—they stood closer.

When hope faded—they remained.

Until…

Even they fell.

And that day—

Reality itself trembled.

My rage went beyond reason. Beyond control.

Stars collapsed.

Worlds shattered.

Existence itself began to break.

I would have destroyed everything—

Heaven.

Hell.

Creation itself.

If not for them.

Their souls… stopped me.

They reminded me—

Destruction is not justice.

And I stopped.

Because if I hadn't…

Nothing would remain.

Not gods.

Not demons.

Not even time.

In this life… those memories are returning. Slowly.

Fragments. Voices. Lessons.

Kapil Sir taught me discipline and the depth of language.

Gajendra Sir showed me history—and humanity's greatest mistakes.

Amit Khare Sir taught me politics—the balance of power.

Rahul Sir helped me understand the structure of the world itself.

Naina Ma'am shaped my thoughts—my expression—my control over words.

Each lesson… still lives inside me.

Layered over memories from a life that should not exist.

Far from human civilization, something else was evolving.

Serpents.

Ancient beings absorbing unimaginable power.

Most died.

Only a few survived.

And those who did—

Became dragons.

Heavenly Dragons, born of divine energy.

Demonic Dragons, shaped by corruption.

And then—

They vanished.

Without warning.

Without trace.

No one knew where they went.

Only one thing was certain—

Their absence… would matter.

And now—

As we stood at the gates of the Hero Academy…

Raunak with fire blazing within him.

Prince surrounded by lightning.

And me—hiding something far more dangerous—

I understood one truth clearly.

This story was not about my brothers.

It was not about gods.

Not about demons.

Not about beasts.

It was about choice.

And this time—

I will choose…

How it ends.
