Chapter 29 - _hidden_

Irel slowly closed the script

Silence filled the room

He looked at the members

Yuri sat with tissues pressed to his eyes, shoulders shaking

"They didn't even get to love each other… It's really tragic."

Aerith

"Damn. I don't even have words to curse you."

"I agree with Aerith," Lytheil muttered

Aerel and Izan remained quiet, but pain lingered in their eyes

Ash eyes were looking down the entire time

Aeris felt a strange tightness in his chest

Irel raised both hands dramatically

"Okay, okay. I'm guilty."

Then he smiled

"The story is over. Now we just need to film the last love scenes… and our movie will be complete."

Yuri and Aerith instantly hugged each other and jumped

Izan and Aerel exchanged quiet smiles

Ash, Aeris, and Lytheil and irel watched the group softly

The Next Day

"The film has been sent to the directors," Irel said.

"If they see its potential, they'll select it. And if they do… it might even release in theatres."

Days passed in restless waiting

Then—

Irel's phone rang

Unknown number

he answered it

"Hello?"

The other side of the phone

"This is regarding your submission. I'm happy to inform you that your film has been selected."

Everything went silent in his ears

The other person continued

"Please come to the theatre near the museum tonight at 9 PM. It will have its first release there."

Irel slowly sank to his knees, clutching his chest as emotions overwhelmed him

He immediately texted everyone:

Come to our place,Now

They arrived quickly

Irel chuckled beautifully

Everyone stood there stunned

Irel spoke

"Our film got selected,"

"It's releasing tonight. 9 PM. Theatre near the museum."

They froze

Then laughter burst out

Except Lytheil

"Irel… where's the new guy? Yuri's pair?"

"Yeah," Izan added. "He was beautiful."

Ash nodded. "He never spoke anything .… "

"His acting felt lived," Aerith said quietly. "Like he's suffered before."

Yuri :

"I never saw him ....

Aeris and Irel stared each other

"I'll inform him," Irel said

At the Theatre

They arrived

Yuri's eyes searched aeris

"Where's Aeris?" Irel asked

"He didn't say anything…" Yuri replied softly

Irel pov

What happened, Aeris?

"What about the new guy?" Lytheil asked

"He said something came up," Irel answered

The lights went out

The film began

Meanwhile — In a Dark Alley

Cold wind moved through the narrow alley

Aeris stood alone

Around him — nearly fifty men

Cracked knuckles. Chains. Iron rods

One stepped forward

"You thought you could walk away?"

Aeris exhaled slowly

"Not now… I have somewhere to be."

They rushed him

The first man swung — Aeris ducked and drove his fist into the man's ribs. A crack echoed

Another lunged. Aeris twisted, grabbed his arm, flipped him over his shoulder

Three more came at once

A punch. A kick. An elbow to the jaw

But numbers began to overwhelm him

A chain wrapped around his arm. He yanked it free and struck back

A rod swung toward his side — he blocked it, pain shooting up his arm

Then—

From behind—

A heavy iron rod slammed into the back of his head

The world exploded into white

He staggered

Warm blood trickled down his neck

But he didn't fall

He turned, eyes darkened with fury

One by one, he forced them down

Breathing ragged

Vision blurring

In the chaos, his notebook slipped from his jacket and hit the ground, pages scattering

He didn't notice

When the last man fell, Aeris swayed

He pressed a hand to the back of his head

Blood

"Yuri…" he whispered

"I need to go to Yuri…"

And he walked away

Inside the Theatre

The second love story began.

A holy figure and a gangster.

Then—

a figure appeared on screen

Misty light-blue hair shimmered under soft lighting

Light Lavender eyes

A delicate mole beneath the centre of his lower lip

Yuri's breath stopped

His chest tightened painfully

"You…" he whispered

"The one I've searched for… my entire life…"

Tears streamed down

Irel watched him

His fists clenched

Irel pov

I don't know anything about them but that's enough

"Yuri."

Yuri turned

"It's Aeris," Irel said quietly

"He's been hiding his identity. I'm the only one who knew."

The words landed heavily

Everyone froze

Ash and Aerith panicked

"Yuri, what happened?"

Yuri smiled through tears

" remember I told you… I was searching for someone."

His voice trembled

"It's him. I always felt it. In his eyes. In the way he looked at me. Even after all these years… I never forgot."

"The only thing I never knew…"

"…was his name."

Lytheil asked softly,

"Who was he to you?"

Yuri looked at the screen

Where aeris was chuckling

"He is my everything."

And then—

He moved

Before anyone could stop him, Yuri rushed toward the exit

The theatre doors burst open as he ran into the night

He ran down the street, heart pounding violently in his chest

"Aeris!" he shouted

People turned to look. He didn't care

He kept running

Yuri's POV

I want to see you aeris

After all this years I finally got you

"I will not lose you again"

Yuri's eyes blurred

Aeris… please

His breathing became uneven, but he didn't slow down

Fear gripped him — a fear he couldn't explain

Outside

Not far away—.....

Aeris' steps grew unsteady

Streetlights blurred into streaks of white

His ears rang faintly

Blood trailed down the back of his neck, soaking into his collar

He pressed a hand against the wound, but his fingers were slick and trembling

"Yuri…" he whispered weakly

The world tilted

His knees buckled

He tried to take another step—

But his strength finally gave out

He collapsed onto the cold pavement

Unconscious

Blood slowly spread beneath him, dark against the empty street
