Only three moments in my entire existence had ever brought me true peace. First, when I discovered Zinnia was meant to be my fated mate. Second, when Vivienne finally locked Draven behind bars.
The third hit me the second my mouth found Lyra Luna's.
The wild need that had been eating me alive since she entered my world finally quieted. I'd given up fighting what my body craved. Sweet relief washed over me as I pressed my lips to hers. But that brief calm got swallowed whole by the most vicious hunger I'd ever felt.
My tongue pushed past her lips without asking, tasting the heat of her mouth. My fingers dug into her hips hard enough to bruise, dragging her body against mine. I spun her until her ass hit the edge of my desk. Then I ground our hips together, making damn sure she felt exactly how much I wanted her.
