Hello! Obviously, I am the author of this novel.
I'd like to explain a few things, as the story doesn't typically follow how many novels start and progress.
The start will be slow; As a reader, I am not fond of it myself, but for the levels of depth, not just in plot, but for the characters, it is necessary. I don't plan on making it a normal action novel like most are; I want you to connect with these characters. To feel what they feel. I want them to have depth that'll make you think they are worthy of their own novel.
As for the main character, Agnus, it will not follow him entirely for the first roughly 10~ chapters, as the story will follow the perspective of a couple of others at the beginning. similar to a TV show/movie. Odd? Yes. But do I feel like this will immerse you more into the world I hope to build in my novel? Yes, of course. Obviously, he'll be included, and it'll primarily center around him after those 10 chapters.
Action will be plenty, don't worry.
I don't plan on writing this story ONLY about the main character transcending the path of strength, but to find his true self. (Slight spoiler, you'll be aware of all these things within 10 chapters, so don't worry)
As his emotions have been sealed and slowly revealed, I hope to write not only an amazing story of his rise to strength, but also the personal things. Expressing emotions, learning what they mean, building genuine connections, and learning what it is like to be human after being a physical object in a world full of emotions.
All to find his true self, as I said.
This is the second novel I have published on WN, my first one being only 20~ chapters before I scrapped it, so my writing may not be great, but I hope you will be entranced with my story nonetheless.
To myself, my writing seems repetitive in certain cases. Such as expressing a character's actions. But just think for a second; If you're a father, and your child breaks a cup, one that you were particularly fond of in specific. What physical action would you do?
Scratch the top of your head while you think of what to do? Run your hand down your face and then clasp your chin before dropping your hand to your side? Maybe you even do that when you have a stressful workload, and looking at it all elicits some physical action out of you? It's the realistic actions like that I hope I can incorporate into this story that will bring you closer to the emotions I hope to bring into this novel. I hope as I write, I can find different ways to express these actions, such as the furrowing of eyebrows when someone tells a character something alarming, stuff like that y'know?
My goal?
I'm not sure. I just want to write the best story I can, and hopefully it'll find a place in your heart. I genuinely hope I can keep my motivation high for this novel, as in terms of plot, it's probably the best I've thought of.
Most action novels are amazing, the action in particular. However, most of the time, you only have a shallow connection with a character that isn't the MC, and the plot, while it can be good, isn't particularly deep or mind-boggling, but STILL good (in case it sounds like I'm saying it's not)
My inspiration for this is Timeless Assassin, as I absolutely love that novel, and I hope I can match its greatness in the future. It is the only novel that EVER inspired me to write something, which should tell you how much I love it.

As for infedility (NTR), I'm not sure. I cannot guarantee that it won't happen, as I aim for realism, and the unfortunate truth in the world, cheating is nearly normalized.
