While Kyoya was called to the Principal Office, Aizawa said, "Now, onto homeroom business, you will pick a Class President."
"Such a normal, school-like thing!"
Everyone became excited hearing about the prospect of Class President.
"I wanna be the President! Lemme do it!"
"I would like to do it."
"I wanna be a leader!"
"Wait sensei! Kyoya-kun is still in the Principal Office, and Aoyama is absent today. Shouldn't we postpone it to later?"
Uraraka said, but Aizawa didn't care.
"It's his fault for using his Quirk in public. And Aoyama has withdrawn from the school."
"WHAT!? WHY!?"
"Personal reasons. You guys don't need to know."
No one really knew each other much, much less the weirdo Aoyama. So they didn't really care much.
Kirishima said, "Sensei, but didn't Kyoya find the villains? Is punishment really necessary?"
"There are rules and license for a reason. His punishment will probably be light this time, but everyone should be careful about it as well. Until you get your license, you are only allowed to use your Quirks in public with permission.
If you find something unusual, first inform the teacher, police, a licensed Hero or whoever is closer."
Bakugo looked out of the window, wondering why Aizawa-sensei was yapping so much. He used his Quirk in public all the time, and never got into trouble.
"Now, back to the topic of Class President, you all decide by yourself."
Aizawa went back to his sleeping bag, and everyone started nominating themselves against.
"Quiet down everyone!"
Iida shouted.
"Leading is a heavy responsibility! But ambition does not equate to ability! This sacred office demands the trust of its constituents. If this is to be a democracy, then I put forward the motion, that our true leader must be chosen by election!"
"This is classroom, not congress!"
"But Iida, we haven't known each other for long to build trust."
"Yeah, everyone will vote for themselves."
"That's precisely why anyone who manages to get multiple votes will be the best suitable person for this job! Will you allow this, sensei!?"
"However you do it, just make it quick."
And so, the election began.
Sato Kyoya got 7 votes.
"I mean, he was a bit crazy with Todoroki, but he alerted about Villains today, right?"
Kirishima shrugged.
The second place was Midoriya Izuku, with 3 votes.
"Who voted for Deku!?"
Bakugo shouted, threatening everyone.
And just then, Kyoya entered the classroom.
"Welcome back, Class President!"
Iida shouted.
And Kyoya said,
"I refuse."
