Near the river, where the dam and waterworks were located, Xin constructed a teleportation array connected directly to Great Tree Village. Powered entirely by magic batteries, the array allowed instant travel between the two locations.
The process was simple. As long as a person held a token and stood within the teleportation array, they could be transported to the other side in just a few seconds. The token itself took the form of a magic card, which every resident of Great Tree Village carried.
Each magic card was bound to its owner. Once activated, the teleportation array would detect the signal from the card and automatically initiate the transfer. The system required minimal effort from users, making it both efficient and accessible.

The distance between the village and the river was about five kilometers. While not extremely far, it was still inconvenient for daily commuting, especially for those working at the dam or waterworks.
