Chapter 111 - Chapter 112 Agreement

Meanwhile, Missy, who was inside the house, looked at Sheldon's anxious expression and remembered Mike's earlier instructions.

Mike had suggested that Missy get in touch with Bobbi, as two little girls could easily become friends.

And once Bobbi and Missy became good friends, the little girl naturally wouldn't 'bother' Sheldon anymore.

In Mike's opinion, this was the most gentle and appropriate way to solve Sheldon's problem.

"Sheldon, do you want to get out of your current predicament?" Missy asked.

"You have a way?" Sheldon looked suspiciously at his sister, who was only a few minutes older than him.

In his opinion, even with his brilliant mind, he hadn't been able to come up with a solution, so it was even less likely that Missy would have a good suggestion.

"Of course." Missy smiled confidently, then extended her arm and made a strong gesture: "I can help you directly deal with Bobbi..."

At this, Sheldon seemed to understand that Missy hadn't thought of a good solution, but rather intended to use force to resolve the trouble.

And in Sheldon's mind, Missy, who often teased him, was definitely a great demon king-level existence.

Now, using a great demon king to deal with a devil, there was nothing better than that.

Then Sheldon rationally analyzed that nine-year-old Missy could definitely defeat six-year-old Bobbi.

His trouble could finally be solved.

"That's great, Bobbi is all yours." Sheldon's eyes lit up; he had never felt Missy was so useful before.

"Uh-huh—" Missy readily agreed.

However, after accepting the task, she didn't leave immediately, but instead looked at Sheldon with a smile.

"Is there anything else?" Sheldon felt a bit uneasy under her gaze and carefully asked.

Missy didn't speak this time; while maintaining her smile, she rubbed her fingers together with her small hand.

"You want payment?" The clever Sheldon instantly understood.

Seeing that he understood her meaning, Missy nodded, her smile becoming even brighter.

Although making friends with Bobbi was Mike's instruction, Missy didn't mind getting some benefits for herself in the process.

"Alright, wait a moment, I'll go get my pocket money." Sheldon said, then ran towards his room.

If he could solve the Bobbi problem with money, Sheldon, eager to escape the torment, was quite willing.

Soon, he came back holding a handful of small bills.

Missy took the bills, looked at the scattered payment of less than five dollars in her hand, and shook her head in dissatisfaction, indicating that it wasn't enough.

"This is all my pocket money..." Sheldon frowned, then said with a pained expression: "How about I give you a toy train instead?"

But Missy was only interested in fluffy, pretty toys and had no interest in toy trains at all. So, she shook her head again.

"Then what should I do?" Sheldon's face was troubled; he couldn't think of anything else he had that could move Missy.

Missy was well aware of Sheldon's situation. Her eyes scanned around, finally looking towards the television and saying: "The TV, I want control of the TV. How about it? If you agree, I'll go solve your problem right now."

Because of Mary's favoritism, control of the Cooper family's TV usually fell to Sheldon, allowing him to watch the educational channel.

"The TV?" Sheldon thought for a moment and understood Missy's meaning.

The educational channel was an important way for Sheldon to acquire knowledge at this stage, and it was very important to him.

However, to solve the big problem of Bobbi, he finally agreed: "Okay—"

"Then it's settled—" Missy cheered, then high-fived Sheldon: "From now on, no more interrupting my cartoons."

After setting the agreement, Missy then left the room.

...

A dozen minutes later, Missy happily returned.

"How's Bobbi?" Sheldon asked quietly when he saw Missy return.

"Done—" Missy, making an OK gesture, replied with a smile.

Just as the two finished exchanging information, the Cooper family family's door was knocked on again.

"Shelly, go see if George and them are back." In the dining room, Mary called out.

George and the other two had been gone for so long that the dinner prepared in the dining room was getting cold.

Mary's anxiety was also growing. She was now regretting letting her husband go out.

On the other side, Sheldon, knowing his problem was solved, responded and walked lightly to the door.

"Ah—"

As the door opened and Sheldon saw who it was, he shrieked and ran around the room in a panic.

"What's wrong?"

Hearing the commotion, Mary and Connie both came out of the dining room.

"Bob-Bobbi, she found me—" Sheldon hid behind his mom and grandma, saying in a panic.

At the door, Bobbi, with a cute smile on her face, stood there, holding a small box in her hands.

Before Mary could speak and scare her, Connie gently asked: "Bobbi, is there anything wrong?"

"I'm looking for Missy..." Bobbi replied obediently.

"Bobbi, why did you come over—" Missy also saw who it was and greeted her with surprise.

Then, the two little girls huddled together, holding hands and chatting happily.

"Missy, this is a gift for you. We can draw together from now on." Bobbi said, holding up the small box.

"They're so pretty..." Missy was very happy as she took the small box and saw the colorful crayons inside. Then, she also said: "I have a lot of plush toys, I'll take you to see them. Oh, and I also have a very big pink Bobbi doll..."

"Really?" Hearing about the pink Bobbi doll, Bobbi's eyes sparkled brightly.

Then, the two little girls walked arm in arm, happily heading to Missy's room.

It wasn't until Bobbi's figure disappeared that Connie said: "I don't think Bobbi is as bad as Sheldon says—"

Mary nodded in agreement.

Then, the two adults simultaneously turned their heads and looked at Sheldon, who was still wearing a terrified expression behind them. Then, they both shook their heads at the same time.

In fact, Bobbi, with her new playmate, hadn't paid attention to Sheldon since she entered the door.

Meanwhile, in the chicken coop, the four men had already finished a small case of beer, accompanied by relaxing music.

Just as the four were about to end this strange gathering, Brenda's shouts came from outside the yard: "Herschel—"

"What is it, Brenda?" Herschel heard his wife's call, quickly turned off the music, and responded.

"Bobbi went to the Cooper family family's house, I'm a little worried, can you go see what's going on—" Brenda said worriedly.

"Okay, I know. You go back first—" Herschel replied.

Then, only after hearing his wife's footsteps leave, did Herschel call the remaining three and walk out of the chicken coop.

Then, on the way to the Cooper family family's house, Herschel and George tacitly widened the distance between them. To show that they had just been seriously negotiating, the expressions on the faces of the two middle-aged men also simultaneously became serious.
