At night, you asked the little girl why she was offered.
The girl didn't say anything, her eyes looking at you with an emotion unknown to you. She wasn't scared, or she didn't value her life, but she bravely stepped forward and hugged one of your leg.
The girl was very small, and she was malnourished. You landed in the middle of the village, where a few people were still awake.
They all knelt, and seeing the girl still alive shocked them. Upon your inquiry, they revealed that the girl has blasmephered against you.
You asked for more detail, and they revealed that the girl was an orphan whose parent died by the hands of demons.
After that, she wandered the streets and kept saying that you would avenge her parents. But that wasn't the blasphemy, she said that in exchange, she would offer herself as your bride and kept saying that you were fated to be together.
You were intrigued, as even you, a born God didn't know anything about fate at her age, how could she, a mortal know.
