-------------------------------------------------

With the film complete and safely archived, Krishna didn't let himself idle.

He pivoted.

If the movie was the opening act, then the Tom and Jerry episodes would be the rhythm that kept the universe laughing before the movie release and also would increase its supporters for the contest.

Kael had already laid the groundwork.

During the film's production, he had instinctively composed short, modular background pieces suited for episodic chaos.

Bounces. Chases. Pauses before impact.

Musical exclamation points.

Krishna reviewed them once.

'Perfect.'

"...."

He activated his bracelet and placed a call.

Kael answered almost instantly.

"You're thinking the same thing I am," Kael said before Krishna could even start explaining about his idea.

"Episodes," Krishna replied. "Short releases. NovaStream Nexus."

Kael laughed hearing him in excitement.

-Haha

"Send them. I'll handle the noise work. Footsteps, crashes, absurdity. Let me play."

"Take your time," Krishna said. "But enjoy it."

"Oh, I will," Kael replied softly.

The call ended.

Kael Virex Studio...

The space was… empty.

Not abandoned.

Just quiet in a way that came from long stretches without work.

A single workstation glowed at the center.

Acoustic panels lined walls that had listened to more frustration than music for decades.

Kael stood still for a moment after disconnecting the call.

"...."

Then he looked up at his reflection in the mirror panel across the room.

He didn't recognize the man smiling back.

Excitement flickered openly in his eyes, unguarded and almost boyish.

"…A hit," he murmured. "This is going to be a hit."

For sixty years, his career had been a slow suffocation.

After the fallout with his ex—brilliant, influential, and vindictive—doors had closed without explanation.

Contracts vanished they would pay the breech fee but not hire him since the fee is small since he is not a famous one.

Recommendations dried up.

Entire projects were cancelled before he ever touched a note.

Not because of quality.

Because of politics.

There had been years where he'd gone months without a single commission.

Years where he questioned whether composing had ever been worth it.

A few weeks ago, he had been ready to quit after having an argument with his father.

Then a message appeared on his I-bracelet.

[Small school project. Limited budget. Immediate work.]

He had accepted it out of desperation.

And somehow—He had found a hidden gem.

Kael turned back to the console and loaded the first Tom and Jerry episode.

Which Krishna has send since he had signed the contract and he could only view the episode in the secured link he don't need to worry about piracy.

The chase began.

Tom slipped. Jerry darted. A pan flew.

Kael burst out laughing.

-Hahaha!!!

Actual laughter.

Loud enough that it echoed through the empty studio.

"Who makes things like this? Krishna sure must be a crazy person to have such imagination."

He said between breaths, already layering sound effects, timing hits, muting music just long enough to let a gag breathe.

He worked without noticing time.

Again and again, laughter escaped him as he composed.

This wasn't sterile. This wasn't optimized.

This was fun.

Kael leaned back, hands trembling slightly—not from exhaustion, but from relief.

"…This industry needed this," he whispered. "And so did I."

He straightened, resolve settling in.

Whatever bridges had burned in his past no longer mattered.

He would give this project everything.

Because he knew—deep in his bones—that when these episodes hit NovaStream Nexus, the silence choking entertainment across the universe would finally crack.

After knowing Krishna was working on episodes and wanted to release this after the movie released in the STELLAR CANVAS CONCLAVE.

He suggested Krishna to release those episode before.

So it will have its own set of fans which will be a advantage when the movie Tom And Jerry: The Fast And Furry release.

Now Krishna finally decided to heed his idea.

And something alive would rush in.

[AFTER A MONTH...]

A month passed in a rhythm that felt almost gentle.

Compared to the film, the work moved faster now. Cleaner. Sharper.

The characters already existed.

Their movements, expressions, and limits were etched into Krishna's hands and instincts.

The house background, meticulously crafted for the movie, slid seamlessly into place for the episodes.

When new characters were needed, he created them without friction.

No hesitation. No complications. Just intent translated into form.

One by one, the episodes came together.

Puss Gets the Boot

The chaos that started it all. Pure, unapologetic slapstick.

The Midnight Snack

Quiet tension, exaggerated silence, explosive payoff.

The Night Before Christmas

Warmth wrapped in mischief, comedy softened by something almost tender.

Fraidy Cat

Fear exaggerated into humor, shadows turned into punchlines.

Dog Trouble

Timing sharpened like a blade, rivalry and misunderstanding colliding perfectly.

Puss n' Toots

Style, swagger, and comedic bravado pushed just far enough to stay fun.

Six episodes.

Polished. Balanced. Alive.

The creation time had dropped drastically.

Not because the work mattered less—but because Krishna had already done the hard part earlier.

Foundations had been laid with care, and now everything else simply… flowed.

Ace lay nearby through most of it, occasionally lifting its head when laughter escaped Krishna unexpectedly.

Ariel floated quietly, assisting when asked, otherwise content to watch.

Even the Entertainment System had gone uncharacteristically silent near the end, reclining with its hands folded, mask tilted upward as if listening.

[...]

When Krishna finally leaned back, the final render hovering before him, he didn't feel the exhaustion he'd felt after the movie.

He felt ready. Six episodes.

No fillers. No compromises.

He looked at the confirmation glowing softly in the air.

He had improved the quality to leap and bounds to the level of the movie.

[READY FOR RELEASE]

Krishna exhaled slowly.

-Sigh

"…It's time."

Somewhere beyond the walls of his home, an entire universe waited—unaware that, in just a little while, it would meet a screaming cat, a smug mouse, and the joy it had forgotten how to name.

The debut was ready.

Krishna closed the scene creation module with a soft command.

The white void folded in on itself, grids dissolving, tools fading away until only his room remained.

Beside him, the Entertainment System materialized mid-monologue, rubbing its hands together dramatically, the Jim-Carrey-style mask stretched into a wicked grin.

[-GRIN!!!]

[You have no idea,] it said smugly, pacing in the air,

[how hard it is being an entertainment system. Constant genius. Endless supervision. No appreciation.]

Krishna didn't even look at it.

He simply rolled his eyes and walked toward the wall tablet.

The path rippled open.

-Ripple

He stepped into the common room.

His father, Ram, was seated before the holographic TV, arms folded, posture relaxed but alert.

News visuals floated in the air: vast farmlands, dry soil cracked like broken glass, crowds gathered under banners.

The anchor's voice carried clearly.

"—protests continue on Verdantis-9, an agricultural planet supplying three neighboring systems. Reports confirm ninety farmer suicides over the past cycle. Allegations suggest water allocation restrictions imposed by a private beverage corporation—"

Ram sighed quietly.

-Sigh

"Every cycle," he muttered. "Different planet. Same story."

Behind him, Sara noticed Krishna immediately.

"There you are,"

She said warmly, standing up and opening her arms just enough to invite him closer.

"Did you finish your work?"

Krishna nodded returning her the smile.

-Nod

"Yes."

Her eyes brightened.

"I'm releasing my first animated series tomorrow," he added. "On NovaStream Nexus."

Ram turned from the news.

"Tomorrow?"

Krishna nodded again while sitting between his parents at the couch.

"Afternoon cycle. Prime leisure window."

That earned him two smiles.

Sara stepped closer and ruffled his hair affectionately.

"That's wonderful."

Ram's expression softened too.

"We'll watch it."

Sara sighed lightly then added,

-Sigh

"We do have another escort mission today."

Krishna blinked caught off-guard by his parent's plan.

"Again?"

"This one's short," she reassured him. "We'll be back by night."

She leaned in, lowering her voice playfully.

"But we promise—we'll be your first viewers."

Ram nodded firmly placing his hands on his son's shoulder showing his support.

-Nod

"And your first supporters."

Sara ruffled his hair again, unapologetically.

"No matter what."

Krishna felt something warm settle in his chest.

"Thanks," he said quietly.

Ace padded into the room and sat beside him, tail flicking once, as if sensing the importance of the moment.

On the holographic TV, the news moved on to another crisis.

Next Day...

The time ticked over. Exactly as scheduled.

Krishna sat alone on the couch, Ace pressed against his side like a living anchor.

The house was quiet. Too quiet.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Even the Entertainment System had gone respectfully silent for once.

Then—

[pop.]

The holographic TV flickered, and a familiar blue-grey cat and brown mouse filled the screen.

Tom and Jerry – Puss Gets the Boot

Krishna swallowed finally the day as come.

-Gulp

"Ariel," he said softly, "play."

The episode began.

He leaned back and made a conscious decision not to think like a creator.

No frame analysis. No timing checks. No quality audits.

Just… watch.

The chase started.

The silence. The exaggerated sneaking. The sudden violence of motion.

A frying pan landed.

Krishna blinked. Then smiled.

-Haha!!!

Then, against his will, laughed.

Not politely. Not analytically.

A real laugh.

Ace lifted its head, confused, then settled again as Krishna's shoulders shook slightly.

For the first time since rebirth, he wasn't measuring impact.

He was feeling it.

Across the city, in a quiet studio washed in dim blue light, Kael Virex sat frozen before his own holographic screen.

His hands were clenched together.

This was it. Sixty years of near-erasure. A career crushed by politics. One last gamble on a "school project."

If this failed—The chase escalated.

Tom slipped. Jerry paused just long enough.

The timing hit.

Kael burst out laughing.

-Haha!!!

The sound surprised him.

He leaned forward, eyes wide, heart hammering—not with fear now, but disbelief.

"…It works," he whispered.

Halfway through the episode, he stopped worrying entirely.

The anxiety dissolved, replaced by something he hadn't felt in decades.

Hope.

By the end, he wiped his eyes, breath shaky.

"…I'm not done,"

He said firmly to the empty room.

Elsewhere, on UniNet, a small but lively stream blinked into motion.

A young alien girl lounged comfortably in her streaming chair.

She looked mostly human—soft features, expressive eyes—but a slender tail swayed behind her lazily, and her elf-like ears twitched when she smiled.

Pink hair cascaded over one shoulder.

"Okay, chat!" she said brightly. "Welcome back to Hidden Gems, Let's Dig Out!"

Her name tag glowed on screen:

LumiNyx

"This is where we see if the universe blessed us today… or dumped cosmic trash on our doorstep."

Chat scrolled rapidly...

[VoidSnacker: new streamer grind never stops]

[PlasmaPup: pls no 6-hour experimental films again]

[ByteWitch: anything good today?]

LumiNyx hummed thoughtfully while scrolling through NovaStream Nexus.

"…Oh?" she said, leaning closer. "What's this?"

She stopped. A small production channel.

"...."

Star Entertainment

"One video," she read aloud. "Animated. No tags screaming 'award bait.'"

Her tail flicked.

Chat reacted instantly.

[NebulaDad: one vid? red flag]

[IonRush: probably student junk]

[StarMoth: could be a diamond tho 👀]

LumiNyx grinned seeing her chat was heating up.

-Grin

"Chat, chat, chat. You know the rule."

She clicked without any hesitation.

"Could be a diamond," she said cheerfully. "Could be trash. Either way—we watch."

The episode loaded....

Tom tiptoed onto the screen. Jerry peeked out.

There was a pause.

"...."

"...."

"...."

No dialogue. Just anticipation.

LumiNyx blinked caught up anitcipation.

"…Why am I tense?"

Tom slipped comically. As The pan landed on his face.

-BAM!!!

Her mouth fell open.

"...."

Then—She laughed. A sharp, surprised laugh that cut through her mic.

-Hahaha!!!

Chat exploded with comments.

[StarMoth: LOL]

[VoidSnacker: WAIT THAT HIT]

[IonRush: why is this funny??]

[NebulaDad: old-school no logic energy???]

LumiNyx leaned forward, eyes shining now.

"Oh no," she said, grinning. "Oh no, this is good."

Her tail swayed faster as the episode continued, laughter slipping out unfiltered.

"Chat," she said breathlessly near the end, "I think we found something."

The episode rolled on.

Tom grabbed Jerry's tail and held it firmly in place while eye the helpless rat mockingly with one eye closed.

Jerry ran. And ran. And ran.

His legs blurred, feet pounding the same spot while his body stretched forward helplessly, eyes widening as realization dawned a second too late.

"...."

LumiNyx burst out laughing.

"NO—LOOK AT HIM GO!"

Chat detonated. It was moving so fast.

[VoidSnacker: LMAOOOO]

[StarMoth: WHY IS THIS SO SIMPLE BUT SO GOOD]

[IonRush: MY STOMACH HURTS. Hahahaha!!!]

Tom released the tail.

-Bonk!

Jerry shot forward like a missile and slammed straight into the wall.

Before anyone could recover, Tom dipped his paw into a bucket of ink and began drawing.

A perfect mouse hole.

Clean lines.

A wooden sign appeared beneath it.

HOME SWEET HOME

Jerry skidded to a halt, eyes lighting up.

"...."

"…Chat, don't," LumiNyx warned, already giggling.

-Giggle

"Don't fall for it—"

Jerry dove headfirst.

-BONK.

He smacked straight into solid wall.

The silence lasted half a second.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Then the room exploded.

LumiNyx bent forward, laughing so hard her mic peaked. Her tail whipped wildly behind her.

"I CAN'T—WHY DOES THAT STILL WORK?!"

Chat spammed faster than the overlay could handle.

[NebulaDad: CLASSIC BAIT BUT HAS NO LOGIC... I LOVE IT...]

[PlasmaPup: THIS IS ART]

[ByteWitch: WHOEVER MADE THIS UNDERSTANDS HUMOR OR A MOST CRAZIEST PERSON ON THIS UNIVERSE.]

The chase resumed.

Jerry poked Tom straight in the eye mid-run.

Tom yelped, spun wildly, and crashed into a massive vase.

-AWOOOO!!!

CRASH.

Shards everywhere.

The owner lady stormed in, hands on hips, scolding Tom relentlessly while he shrank under her glare.

"...."

In the background—Jerry laughed.

-Hahaha!

"...."

Pointed. Rolled on the floor.

LumiNyx slapped her desk.

"THE AUDACITY!"

The episode wrapped cleanly.

Tom sulked. Jerry smirked.

Fade out.

For half a heartbeat, there was silence on the stream.

Then—

"CHAT," LumiNyx shouted, eyes wide, "LOOK AT THE VIEW COUNT!"

The counter surged.

50,000... 500,000... 5 million... 20 million... 45 million.

In twenty-two minutes.

Her mouth fell open.

"WHAT IS HAPPENING?"

Chat went feral.

[DIAMOND CONFIRMED]

[SUBBED TO STAR ENTERTAINMENT]

[DROP EPISODE 2 NOW!!!]

[WHO MADE THIS??]

Notifications flooded in.

Subscribers poured into Star Entertainment by the millions.

Comments stacked faster than they could load.

[WHEN IS THE NEXT EPISODE]

[I HAVEN'T LAUGHED LIKE THIS IN YEARS]

[PLEASE DON'T STOP]

[THIS IS WHAT WE WERE MISSING]

Credits began dropping.

Small donations at first.

Then larger ones.

Then absurd ones.

Across UniNet, algorithms noticed.

Streams flagged the spike.

Trending indicators ignited.

Other creators noticed too.

"What is she reacting to?"

"Why are her numbers exploding?"

"Tom and… Jerry?"

One by one, major streamers jumped in.

Reaction videos multiplied.

Clips spread. Memes were born within the hour.

It was like cotton catching fire.

Fast. Uncontrollable. Joyful.

Under the original video, the comment section was pure chaos.

[EPISODE 2 PLEASE]

[I MADE MY FAMILY WATCH THIS]

[THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL SIN AGAINST CATS...]

[I FORGOT HOW FUN FELT]

And somewhere, in a quiet house, Krishna sat on his couch with Ace pressed against his side, unaware that the universe had already decided.

This wasn't just a hit.

This was a revival.

And everyone was already asking the same question:

"When's the next episode? DAMN IT!!!"

The episode ended.

Krishna leaned back into the couch, a soft breath escaping him.

-Sigh

"...."

Ace shifted closer, pressing its massive head against Krishna's side and letting out a deep, satisfied hmm, tail flicking lazily.

It didn't understand slapstick, but it understood joy. And Krishna was radiating it.

"…You liked it too, huh,"

Krishna murmured, scratching behind Ace's ear.

[-bzzzzt!!!]

His I-bracelet vibrated sharply.

A projection burst open.

[INCOMING CALL: KAEL VIREX]

Krishna blinked and tapped accept.

Kael's face appeared instantly—eyes wide, hair a mess, breathing uneven like he'd been running laps around his studio.

"DID YOU SEE IT?!" Kael shouted.

Krishna winced slightly suddenly greeted by sharp high pitched voice.

"I just finished watching. What happened?"

Kael froze for a moment then coughed.

"...."

-Cough

Then his voice broke.

"…We did it," he said hoarsely. "We fucking did it."

His eyes shimmered.

"I—I can't even talk right now,"

Kael continued, laughing and choking at the same time.

-Sob! -Sob!

"The numbers, the reactions—Krishna, this is real. This is real."

He wiped his face roughly, then suddenly straightened.

"I need to show this to my family," he said hurriedly. "I'll call you later!"

The call cut off.

Krishna stared at the empty projection for a second.

"...."

"…Okay."

Curious now, he lifted his bracelet again and opened Star Pictures.

The page loaded. Then refreshed. Then refreshed again.

His eyebrows rose by what he was witnessing.

"...."

Subscribers were climbing at a pace that made no sense.

Thousands per second.

Comments flooded in so fast they blurred.

Pinned messages stacked.

[DROP EPISODE 2...

I SUBSCRIBED WITHOUT THINKING

THIS FIXED MY DAY

WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE.]

Credits notifications popped relentlessly.

Small tips. Then. Medium donations.

Then—80,000 CREDITS RECEIVED

Krishna frowned slightly in shock.

-Frown

"…Who even—"

[🎉🎊💥]

Party papers exploded around him catching him off-guard.

The Entertainment System appeared in full theatrical glory, wearing a sparkling jacket, the Jim-Carrey mask stretched into an impossible grin.

[-GRIN!!!]

A massive sign lit up behind it, bulb lights flashing wildly:

[PROMINENT ENTRANCE ACHIEVED!]

Dollar symbols replaced its eyes as virtual cash rained around it.

[LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!] it announced, voice booming.

[WE ARE OFFICIALLY RELEVANT!]

A glowing counter spun beside it.

[EP EARNED: 35,000 → 35,742 → 36,118…]

The number climbed in real time.

A graph appeared.

[-SHATTER!!!]

A red arrow punched straight through the top of the chart, shattering the frame as it ascended.

[AND CLIMBING!] the system yelled gleefully.

[WE'RE PRINTING JOY!]

Krishna stared at the chaos unfolding around him.

Ace huffed approvingly.

Krishna let out a slow breath, a small, disbelieving smile forming.

"…So this is what it looks like to achieve using a talkative system," he murmured.
