Chapter 41 - Chapter 41 Visiting Dragon Island

Solar shares his experience with Lunar, speaking of the seventh thing in the bucket list, which is to visit Dragon Island.

Solar: Cat Alley is the paradise of home for all cats, and Dragon Island is the paradise of home for all dragons. After the leisure journey at Cat Alley, where I not just enjoyed the pleasure of drinking afternoon coffee at cat cafe, but also I bailed out and adopted a cat in prison of Cat Alley, who later became my companion to sail for Dragon Island.

Lunar listens to his experience to visit Dragon Island, and wonders what sort of magic adventures were laid ahead of his adventurous journey, and how did he sail through all troubles and difficulties to arrive his destination?

Lunar: Dragon Island is the paradise of home for all dragons, but it is also an extremely dangerous forbidden area for magicians without invitations.

Solar: It's another adventurous journey on the sea of East Asia. Last time I sailed with a Japanese youngster, paddling on my own canoe. This time I boarded the boat with an orange chubby cat, sailing on a global voyage.

Lunar: What sort of boat did you board with your cat?

Solar: It's a luxury cruise touring from New York to Hong Kong, named Queen Victoria.

Lunar: How much is the ticket?

Solar: 17599 dollars for 100 nights. It's average 176 dollars each night.

Lunar: It's so expensive.

Solar: It's the price for the global voyage to travel over the world.

Lunar: What sort of voyage are we talking about?

Solar: The global voyage is from Manhattan of New York to Southampton of England. We could be able to visit 32 global ports of America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Europe, via Hong Kong in the halfway. We could be able to enjoy overnight stays in New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cape Town and Madeira. We could be able to visit Dragon Island, when one day was allowed for overnight stay in Hong Kong.

Lunar: How long was the global voyage?

Solar: We spent 38 days at the ports and 63 days at the sea. It's a long global voyage, as long as 101 days, and it's a short pleasure of overnight stays, as little as 7 days at seven global ports.

Lunar: How was your global voyage on the boat?

Solar: Delighted as it was. It was delighted to meet with so many fellow tourists from America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Europe. It was delighted to watch out at the sun that's daily new and old at the sea. It was delighted to enjoy the global cuisine served on the boat, that's taken from global ports.

Lunar: How was your seven days of overnight stays at seven global ports?

Solar: Wonderful as it was. It's as little as seven days of pleasures of overnight stays in 101 days global voyage. But such seven days I could fill with more delight than what fifty common years could ever contain, if my companion wasn't an orange chubby cat.

Lunar: Tell me how many beautiful things had you made in such seven lovely days?

Solar: I witnessed the show of Romeo and Juliet performing at Broadway Theatre of New York. I witnessed the romance movie being filmed at Hollywood of Los Angeles. I witnessed another romance show at Sydney Opera House of Sydney. I witnessed the night view shining like the Pearl of East Asia at Victoria Harbour of Hong Kong.

I witnessed the garden being surrounded by flower-liked buildings at Botanical Garden of Singapore. I witnessed the panorama of city being surrounded by sapphire surface at Table Mountain of Cape Town. I witnessed the seascape being famed as the Pearl of the Atlantic at the coast of Madeira. I not just witnessed the views of the muggle world, but also I witnessed the magic views in Dragon Island, that people wouldn't believe.

Lunar: It's a wonderful voyage full of beautiful views.

Solar: It's an adventurous journey full of challenges in Dragon Island.

Lunar: May I ask what brought you from Hong Kong to Dragon Island?

Solar: One day was allowed for us to enjoy the pleasure of overnight stay in Hong Kong, before Queen Victoria set out forward the next global port. I casted a seal to keep us from being witnessed by muggles, and played mermaid princess's love song recorded to summon a white whale, that brought us to Dragon Island with speed of tide.

Lunar: One day is too short, so is the life still reducing the member of days one by one. We should cherish each day, or life should vanish soon. Such one day in Dragon Island, how many magic things had you been through then?

Solar: The challenges and difficulties came with dragon's roar. When mermaid's song was contaminated by dragon's roar, the enchanted white whale was scared away, and we were dumped on the sea, where was twenty miles away from Dragon Island.

Lunar: You must have overcame this setback, right?

Solar: Fortunately, my orange chubby cat was a trifle of use. He was fate enough to be floating on the surface like a skiboard, that allowed me to ski on his skiboard-liked back and ski through the rest of twenty miles to Dragon Island.

Lunar: How could you treat your cat like a skiboard?

Solar: It's the only one way for us to get out of sea.

Lunar: You must have known the rules to visit Dragon Island, right?

Solar: To visit Dragon Island's required to have dragon's invitation letter. Or we should have two options only, to come back where we are from or to defeat what is before us. How could we easily give up, when we had been sailing so far from New York to here. It's time when I should defeat what's before us, the dragon guard.

Lunar: Was the dragon guard a dragon boy or a dragon girl?

Solar: A dragon girl.

Lunar: What sort of dragon she was?

Solar: Ice dragon. The type of dragon that could freeze me with one breath.

Lunar: How could you possibly defeat the dragon girl?

Solar: Maybe it's freshman's luck.
