Chapter 15 - chapter 15

Blater (commentator):

"Don't go anywhere! Even though the overall result has been decided, the fun isn't over yet! Banon 'the Lightning' versus Pikos 'the Moving Mountain'. Banon looks extremely confident… while Pikos—wait, is Pikos wiping his drool right now?"

Banon (running in fast, circular movements):

"Look at me, Pikos! I'm here—no, I'm there! You won't even see my shadow. I'll make you collapse from exhaustion before I even touch you!"

Pikos (standing calmly in the middle of the arena):

"Banon, my boy, you remind me of a fly that was buzzing around my pie this morning. Do you know what I did to it?"

Banon:

"I don't care! Take this kick!"

Banon dashed forward and delivered a fast kick to Pikos's side—but to his shock, his foot sank into Pikos's fat as if it had hit a massive cushion. Pikos didn't move an inch.

Pikos:

"Was that a kick or a caress? Looks like you didn't eat well today. Poor thing."

Blater (commentator):

"Unbelievable! Banon's kick had no effect! Pikos's body absorbs blows like a giant sponge! Banon looks stunned!"

Banon (furious):

"Impossible! Take this… and this!"

Banon unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks at Pikos's belly and chest. Pikos just stood there smiling—then even started yawning in boredom.

Pikos:

"Are you done? My turn now. The Hungry Sheep Crush!"

Suddenly—and far faster than anyone expected from a man of his size—Pikos spread his massive arms and hurled his full weight at Banon, who was far too close. Banon tried to escape, but Pikos grabbed his shirt and pulled him into a deadly "hug."

Banon (choking):

"Let me go! I can't… breathe!"

Pikos (squeezing harder):

"Say 'I love roasted sheep,' and I'll let you go!"

Blater (commentator):

"Pikos is crushing Banon! My gods—Banon is disappearing inside Pikos! Is this a fighter or a predator?!"

Leoner (shouting):

"Banon! Get out of there! Use your brain!"

Banon (in a faint voice):

"I surrender… I surrender!"

Pikos released him, and Banon collapsed onto the ground, gasping as if he'd just escaped a hydraulic press.

Blater (commentator):

"One… two… three! Pikos wins! Five to zero! Can you believe this? Siwar School is being completely annihilated today!"

Pikos (leaving the arena):

"Where's the sheep, Darius? I kept my promise—and a stomach never forgets promises."

Darius (laughing):

"You'll get whatever you want, hero! You've lifted our honor… and our appetite!"

Blater (commentator):

"And now… the final match for dignity. Rogos, master of chains, versus the old hunter Nikos. Rogos, if you lose this too, I suggest a career change to butterfly catching."

Rogos (pulling out his metal chains with a terrifying clatter):

"I won't lose to an old man who smells of fish. My chains will tear his elegant Ziolan clothes apart."

Nikos (holding a long wooden staff, stroking his beard):

"My boy, I wrestled waves and whales before your father was born. Chains don't frighten someone who's faced sea storms."

Blater (commentator):

"The final battle! Experience versus brutality! Begin!"

Rogos launched his chains skillfully, twisting through the air like serpents, but Nikos used his staff with masterful precision, deflecting and redirecting the chains with calm, circular motions.

Rogos:

"Why don't you come closer? Afraid your brittle bones will break?"

Nikos:

"I'm waiting for the wind, my boy. At sea, we don't attack the waves—we ride them."

Suddenly, Rogos threw his largest chain to bind Nikos's leg—but the old man leapt with unexpected agility, hooked the chain with his staff, and spun rapidly, pulling Rogos toward the center instead of being pulled himself.

Nikos:

"Now… you've fallen into the net!"

With a precise strike from the tip of his staff to Rogos's wrist, the chain slipped from his hand. In another swift motion, Nikos placed the staff under Rogos's chin.

Nikos:

"Have you learned how to hunt now? Or do you need another lesson on how to cast a net?"

Rogos (defeated):

"I admit defeat… you are not just a fisherman."

Blater (commentator):

"Six to zero! A miracle in Siwar! The outsiders completely sweep the Martial Arts School! This hasn't happened since the city was founded!"

The crowd (roaring):

"Ortinus! Nirar! Pikos! Nikos! Romilius! Darius!"

Blater (approaching the group):

"My congratulations. You've proven yourselves warriors of a rare kind. Here—these are the 100 crystal coins. You earned them. But beware… Leoner and his school will not forget this humiliation easily."

Ortinus (taking the crystals):

"Thank you, Blater. We are not seeking trouble—we are seeking our path. And these crystals are our provisions to reach it."

Nirar:

"Well done, everyone. Now let's go eat a meal worthy of this victory before Pikos faints."

Pikos:

"Finally! He said the magic word!"
