In a secluded valley back on Earth, the shadows of the future loomed over the present.

Dr. Gero, still fully human and decades away from his own cybernetic conversion, stared at the flickering images of his future achievements. "So, I succeeded," he muttered, a cold pride swelling in his chest. "I created Androids so powerful they brought the world to its knees."

However, his pride was quickly eclipsed by a bitter frustration. "But Goku... to think he didn't even fall by my hand!" To Gero, this was an unbearable insult. Every waking hour of his research had been fueled by a singular, burning hatred for the boy who had dismantled the Red Ribbon Army. Goku had crushed their dreams of world soul-dominance and had even made off with Android 8, Gero's earlier creation.

"The brat died of a mere illness before my masterpieces could claim his life," Gero hissed. "And worse, those ingrates turned on me!" He realized now that his future self had been too careless. "I must incorporate absolute fail-safes. Remote shutdown switches and psychological sub-programming are mandatory. They will be my puppets, nothing more."

While Gero plotted in the safety of his mountain laboratory, the Z Fighters were reeling from a different revelation.

"Goku, a heart disease? You?" Krillin's voice cracked with disbelief in the comment section. "How does the strongest man on Earth get taken down by a virus?"

Yamcha chimed in, equally baffled. "It doesn't make sense. Goku looks perfectly healthy. How could someone who trades blows with galactic tyrants be killed by something microscopic?"

"Strength and biology are two different things, I suppose," Tien Shinhan added solemnly. "But even so, for a Super Saiyan to succumb to a fever... it feels wrong."

"Thank goodness for that medicine," Bulma sighed. "Without it, the future would be completely hopeless."

Akira, watching the multidimensional chat, understood their confusion better than anyone. In his previous life, fans had debated this for years. Some blamed the Super Divine Water Goku drank as a child; others pointed to the physical strain of the Kaio-ken.

But Akira knew the tactical truth hidden in the lore of the Wanjie Multiverse. Saiyans possessed incredibly resilient physiques; normal Earthly toxins were like water to them. The "heart disease" was actually a specialized bio-weapon developed by the Galactic Patrol to neutralize Saiyan threats. Goku had simply been caught in the crossfire of a weapon meant for his more brutal kin.

With this knowledge out in the open, Akira thought, the Galactic Patrol will likely hesitate to deploy such a poison now. Goku's future is changing. However, Akira felt a pang of guilt regarding Trunks. By revealing these secrets, he might have erased the boy's very existence. If Vegeta and Bulma were scared off by the revelation, the savior of the future might never be born.

The cross-world spectators were equally stunned by the implications of the video.

"Wait," Admiral Sengoku of the One Piece world noted. "If this Super Saiyan 2 transformation is meant to fight Androids, and those Androids were built by an Earthling... then Earth's technology is terrifying."

Kakashi Hatake nodded in agreement. "The scientific level of the Dragon Ball world is light-years beyond our hidden villages. To create a machine that rivals a god-tier warrior is unthinkable."

Lufa, the commander from the Armor Hero universe, remained silent, but his mind was racing. Even the advanced technology of Ares paled in comparison to a creation that could challenge a Super Saiyan.

In the video, the mystery finally reached its climax. Trunks handed the medicine to Goku, who was beginning to piece things together. Goku knew only one woman capable of building a time machine and synthesizing futuristic cures.

"She's right over there," Trunks said, his hand extending toward the group of gathered warriors.

Goku followed the gesture and nearly tripped over his own feet. There was only one woman standing in that direction.

"WHAT?!" Bulma's text screamed across the screen. "Me?! How is that possible? There's no way!"

Bulma was losing her mind. Moments ago, she had been admiring the "unlucky woman" who had managed to tame the savage Saiyan Prince. Now, she realized she was that woman. "What was my future self thinking? Why would I ever... I mean, did he force me? That has to be it!"

The chat erupted instantly.

"Bulma and Vegeta?" Krillin typed, his icons practically vibrating with shock. "But Bulma is with Yamcha!"

"Did Vegeta just take what he wanted?" Tien wondered aloud.

Sanji, the chef from the Straw Hat crew, sent a flurry of angry messages. "That poor Yamcha! First, he gets blown up by a Saibaman, and then his girlfriend ends up with the guy who led the invasion? This is the ultimate tragedy!"

"At least Vegeta didn't kill him personally," Kakashi remarked dryly. "Though losing your soulmate to your rival might be a fate worse than death."
