You don't need to worry about STD's or some other disease passing between you and your lover, you're perfectly immune to STD's and incapable of giving them to ensure everyone's safety. Any children between you and your non-human lover are birthed via their species method of birthing, and usually be born as either yours or their mothers species due to you likely having strange DNA due to the Chaos Gacha or outside influences corrupting/altering it.

Worm(Race Change) - You are an Endbringer in the form of whatever you were before, despite not looking any different, your physiology is completely overhauled. Your nonstandard biology grants you extreme physical stats and makes you completely immune to all Biological and mental abilities. In addition, your body is made up of hundreds of layers that get exponentially more durable the closer they get to your core through the warping of spacetime. As long as your core, the most durable part of your body is intact, you will eventually regenerate. While your outermost layers are not that much more durable. To get to your core, someone must destroy at least a planet-sized mass, even at the minimum durability you have. This also makes you resistant to most Spacetime abilities and effects used on you against your will. Durability and stats scale with base stats. You still retain all the functions your body had before. In your true form your cultivation and physique is greatly enhanced.
You have a six foot seven human transformation but your true size is a sixty foot freezing behemoth. Every one hundred years in a cycle between the six most powerful Endbringers you will attack and attempt to destroy settlements or strategic landmasses with the goal of slowly bringing civilisation to its futile end. This is a geass backed into your very existence by the Primordial Chaos and cannot be fully resisted whilst IT still lives.

You are the Ice Monarch, the ruler of all that is ice. You are massively resistant to all elemental effects, for every element that comes in contact with you freezes. All ice and frost-related abilities below Mythical Tier are increased by rank and cost less energy to use. All ice and frost-aligned beings instinctively recognize you as the monarch. You are immune to ice and cold-based abilities.

Terraria - A staff created out of a solidified flower that has absorbed incredible amounts of nature energy. This staff allows the user to expend their energy to nourish plants in their range and grant them vitality to grow them faster. Even if it's used on an arid land with a half-dead seed, the staff will turn that patch of ground into a lush patch of fertile land with the seed turned to a mature plant. Plants that are more powerful or need more conditions to mature require the user to expend more energy to grow. Amplifies the power of nature-based abilities channeled through.
